Alright so seeing how most of the companions in this game seem to be related to all Circle Mages who screwed over the entire planet in Spellforce 1 and how there isn't much of a Guide out to tell us how to recruit them i figured i'd start one here that people can throw input in towards to help others unlock Companions they want or if they're after the achievement related to them as well as give them a small description under the recruit list as it progresses, Please note there is Spoilers for people who have't gotten far into the game yet.

Known Recruitables:
Yria: Greyfang Keep, tends to join due to Story.
Isgrimm: Farlons Hope, Joins after you rescue him from the Orcs.
Gor: Foot of Barga Gor, Joins automatically upon meeting up with him.
Uram: Foot of Barga Gor, After defeating Krell and the Orcs he appears in a cavern fighting a Devourer and joins after saving him and mention you're Tahar.
Ianna: Leafshade, Joins partway into the zone after visiting the human encampment to gain permission from them and a guard tells you that Bertrand wants to see you (not really him) then she'll join you after defeating the other assassins.
Rohen Tahir: Everblight, Automatically joins you after finishing the extended Farlons Hope and when you speak with the Major.
Undergast: Everblight Creators Guild, Joins after you help him out with the Golem in the Mines quest.
Angar Arandir: Mulandir, Joins after the first long story segment where the game tells you to complete quests you have first.


Unknown or Possible Recruitables?:
Shar: Unknown Island, Always teleports away to a unknown location after the questline is finished no matter the outcome and is one of the Circle Mages, might be a companion in an Expansion.
Commander Mart: The commander you replace in the first try to Farlons Hope who seems to leave no matter if you force control or help him out, he has a leaves the party text on the screen when he leaves.
Raith: Old Haalayash, Travels back to the pilgrims temple but it becomes unaccessable to the players and Raith just sits at the border.
Silverhand: Old Haalayash, Remains in the elven base after you finish the questline to honor his friend and remains untalkable afterwards.
