I love this game and I love its achievements, because a lot of them are like other challenges and a way to play the game using different strategies.

This is a guide on how I did it.

Endurance DLC has 2 well known broken achievements. We hope Playsport will fix them.

Not so difficult, just let your organization be stable for enough time. Avoid events that low relationship levels or drivers with negative traits

World's Best Boss
Have a driver reach 100% morale

You play MM to win world championship, don't you? So this will happen sooner or later in a winning team

You're Here to Race, Not to Have Fun...
Have a driver reach 1% morale

Relegate a driver to reserve. Treat him/her badly every time an event occurs (for example no birthday wishes, promises you won't maintain). This will happen, just wait.

Tinkerer
Build a 'Legendary' part

You need to upgrade at least one of your facilities for tier 4 part projecting and you need a chief engineer with a legendary perk. If he doesn't have it, upgrade one of your facility for tier 5 part projecting.


Rattletrap to Pocket Rocket
Fit a car exclusively with 'Legendary' parts

This is not difficult if you know how to play this game. Just requires money, time and upgraded HQ.


Nothing But The Best
Spend over 30 million on a new season's car

This is easy in WMC when projecting a new season car. End your first season: you will have enough money for this summing "next year car's", "final season prize" and some cash.


I like it how it is!
Win a championship by going through the whole season without building or upgrading anything in the HQ.

You can quite easily achieve this during your career after building a strong team or from scratch choosing one of the strongest team of a division. It can be a driver or a team championship victory

Your current cash must be 100 millions. Not so difficult to earn in WMC with a winning team: you'll get from 50 to 75 millions for winning the championship (depends on the current payment split rules).

Top Grid Guru
Start 10 races on pole position in one season

You can unlock this in every category (base or DLC) that has qualifying sessions. A bit easier in WCM with 16 race for season.

Backmarker to Best
Have a driver win a race after starting last on the grid

This is easier if the championship has the following rules: 40% fuel tank, hybrid systems allowed (3 steps qualifying sessions as optional is welcome). With a strong car, go hybrid as much as you can to make 1 pit stop only. Better with the 3 steps qualifying: top 10 drivers will be forced to do 2 stops, because of locked tyre set.

Hot Lap
Qualify in pole position by over a second

You have two options: build a team a lot stronger than your opponents, or make a pole during the only dry lap in a (very) wet qualifying session.

Blue Flag
Win a race with more than 1 minute on the 2nd

Start a free race in Phoenix A (oval) with Steinmann. Long race mode. Set AI to minimum in Game Options. Skip qualify session if you prefer. With Chapman, go for 2 pit stops: Hard, Hard, Soft. Profit.

So Hot Right Now
Reach 100% Marketability

You need to understand how marketability works. The most important thing is driver marketability. You don't have to be a top team, I had 100% marketability with Predator Racing Group while struggling as last team in the lower division.
Hire at least 90% marketability drivers. Build the heliport to unlock 5* sponsor. Answer to all the interviews with the "gossip", "controversial" and "selfish" options. Be patient, do some better than expected race result (easier if seasonal target is low).

State of the Art
Fully upgrade your HQ

You don't need to upgrade every facilities, you have to build the theme park. Not difficult, but long. You need a wealthy and winning team.

Drivers Are Overrated
Have a temporary driver get a podium position in a race

Fastest method. Start a new career in short races mode, in ERS with Eastwood or Garuda. Race 3 will be in Milan and it is 13 laps long. Before the race, fire one of your driver. During race use this strategy with your temporary driver: full tank, lowest engine mode, pit in at the end of lap 7. Don't worry if he will go out of fuel, it will be for the very last meters before pitting. Refuel, change tyres, go to chequered flag with normal engine mode, WIN.


If It Ain't Broke...
Win a championship by going through the whole season without improving the performance or reliability of any car parts through the Part Improvement screen.

This won't be easy, from scratch. You can do it during a long career after buiding a very strong team. Focus on building new car parts using as much as you can "reliability" and "reduce red zone" components.
From scratch, you can try with one of the best team of a division (better if the rules include qualifying), like Spartan in GT

Money's Overrated
Win a championship by going through the whole season without signing any new sponsors.

You need a wealthy team. From scratch, I did it with Eastwood in ERS. Choose wisely: some strong teams haven't wealthy race budget, like Spartan in GT where you lose 1M per race.

"Let's Put it This Way, I Like Number Seven."
Win 7 'Driver's Championships' Win 7 championships among driver's and team's (any level, any category)

You need to do this in a single career. Then consider that the system will sum driver's with team's championship, so "Win 7 driver's champ" is not really the true target for this achievement.

"You Can Cut The Tension With a Cricket Stump"
Survived the chairman's ultimatum

This can happen in your careers, when the chairman morale goes to 1%. To achieve this on purpose, start a fresh career with one of the best team of a division with high level pressure. Don't do anything for the first 3-4 races. Don't make your driver pit, let them finish last. This will lead the chairman to send you an ultimatum, like "finish at least 3rd" very soon. When this happens, do a good race.

Black Flag
Get fired

This can happen in your careers, when the chairman morale goes to 1% and you are not able to achieve the ultimatum result. To achieve this on purpose, start a fresh career with one of the best team of a division with high level pressure. Don't do anything for the first 3-4 races. Don't make your driver pit, let them finish last. This will lead the chairman to send you an ultimatum, like "finish at least 3rd" very soon. When this happens, do another bad race.

"Just Leave Me Alone, I Know What I'm Doing"
Have a driver win a race while they have 'Gone Rogue'

To make a driver go rogue, leave him with bad car parts for some races. Then, when he ask you the dilemma, let him do what he wants. This will last 2-3 races. If you are in a strong team, he could win.

Living Up To Their Namesake
Hire a 5-star designer as Zampelli Engineering

Engineer must have > 4 stars, 4 stars+1 potential star is not enough.
Easy way: complete the "Ernie's Paradise" in "Challenges pack" DLC to unlock the career profile "Legend of motorsport". Start a career with Zampelli, start a negotiation with Rachel Adams (Panther), who will accept to split the fee to end her contract; gain money from sponsor and after race 1 you will have enough cash to hire her.

Where There’s a Will There’s a Way
Have the driver William Evans win a race

Start an ERS new championship in short races mode. Take Garuda or Eastwood. Build new parts. Scout William Evans (Predator racing), hire him before race 3 (Milan). Use this strategy: lowest engine mode, full tank, 1 single pit stop at the end of lap 7 (on 13). Don't worry if he finishes the fuel just before pitting. Do a complete refueling, change tyres and do laps 8-12 in yellow engine mode and lap 13 in orange mode. Profit. If it doesn't work (rain, accidents), try again in Belgium, UK and Milan again with the same strategy.

Track Literate
Finish a race on every track variation of every track

Not difficult, but long. Here's a guide with checklist for this. Some track variants are not included in any division.

Every Dog Has Its Day
Complete the "Underdog Challenge"
This is one of the two vanilla-game challenges. This guide is very good. A bit outdated, but the main strategy is still good and is what you need. I did it in 14 seasons (2029), and I think it is possibile to achieve it 1/2 seasons faster but not more.

Managerial Mogul
Complete the 'Top Manager' challenge

This is the other of the two vanilla-game challenges. To tell the truth, is not so different from the Predator one. You have to use Archer BMR, a quite good ERS team. You can use the same guide: the main strategy is still good and is what you need. You will need from 8 to 10 seasons.

A couple of tips:

• if you don't want to do a "slow build": look for a Chief Engineer that has the "add random legendary component" perk
  
• Scout Amina Haeck and hire her while in APS (you can get promoted in 2-3 seasons from ERS). Better with Driver 1 contract (and a driver 2 o reserve contract for the teammate), 'cause she is really picky with the car parts. She is a potential 5* and a 20 in almost every skill and you can manage her with a not expensive wage. It can be difficult to keep her in the first WMC seasons if the team is not doing well, but she will be ready at her max potential around 25/26 years (of course you have to build some facilities to help her growth, but you will have done that to reach WMC)

Silva's Legacy
Win the WMC's 'Team' or 'Driver' championship as the race team Silva

Silva is an ERS team, so you have to climb the ladder. Or to get a contract with Silva during a career when the team is in a higher division

Predator
Win a 'Driver's Championship' as Predator Team Racing

This will unlock in any division, so you can do it in ERS (Predator starting division). You will easily unlock this if you are doing the Every Dog Has Its Day challenge

Hasty Hunters
Win the ERS ‘Team Championship’ as Predator Team Racing by 2017

Former Glory
Win the WMC's 'Team' or 'Driver' championship as Kruger Motorsport
Kruger is an Asian-Pacific team, so you have to climb part of the ladder. Or to get a contract with Kruger during a career when the team is in a higher division

Thorn in My Side
Win the Teams' Championship as Thornton Motorsport

Thornton is in WMC division. You can win the champ in any division. I did in ERS during a career where in 2031 the team fell to the bottom serie.


Swing Low...
In the same season, win both the Teams' and Drivers' Championships in WMC as Chariot Motor Group

Chariot is the weakest in WMC division

Win the WMC’s ‘Team Championship’ by the end of the 2018 season as Kitano Sport

You are not forced to start from the very bottom, if you want to do it quickly start from IGTC.
If you want to start from the bottom division, you can use the same guide and strategy of Predator challenge.

Unfortunately Playsport did not fix yet the 2 following Endurance broken achievements. I tested myself a lot of times and they still don't pop. If you check my stats, you will see them as unlocked. I used an external tool because after 500 hrs (and achieving those goals a bunch of times) well... I think I deserve it. I am not encouraging you on doing this.

Do a sub 1.92 second pit stop (must include a tyre change)

You can unlock this in any category, easier when you are a top team in WMC; also, there are mechanics with "save 50% time" or "save 1 sec" perks for tyre change, that will help you a lot.

Have a pit crew where each active member has a 20 rating for their job

You must have good skilled head mechanics and upgrade their training center

Win an endurance race after being at least 120 seconds behind the leader in IEC-A


Finish a race with a driver in the danger zone

The driver must be in the red zone and not to 0




Win the IEC-A

Win the IEC-A team's championship


Get promoted to the IEC-A as the Sangju Tigers

The achievement will unlock after accepting the Ernie proposal for promotion.

The Tigers are the weakest IEC-B team.
If you want to do it quick, you can get promoted with the default drivers and staff if you low to -5 or maybe -10 the game difficulty.
Invest all your money on building suspensions first, then gearbox and brakes. Ask money to the chairman at half season. Also keep always a fresh pitcrew, because in Endurance you can easily pay up to 20/30 seconds for mistakes on tyres.
On the other hand, if you are interested on a long Endurance career, it won't be very difficult to get a promotion in a couple of seasons even on normal difficulty.


Win an endurance racing with only 2 drivers having driven

Strategic tip from the comments by Barbabranca
I was on IEC-A, and when the GMA chairman offered me to pay my way into a rule implementation, I chose to suggest drivers could drive up to 55% of a race (which is much higher than the default). I had to stock up quite a few votes, but I got my proposition passed on my first try by a very narrow margin. The following season, I kept using just 2 out of my 3 drivers on my top car, and when they eventually won a race the achievement unlocked.
