Номера рун соответствуют 12-ти часам стандартного циферблата, т.е. к примеру, руну с номером IX (9) нужно поместить на 9 часов.

I just tried 6 times and it was very unlucky that the answer was the last attempt.

By the way for the people who are wondering how we can get to that conclusion. Look at the floor. There is a circle that you can see on the screenshoot on the right. That circle forms some sort of clock with the numbers pointing in each direction. So that is how you get to the solution.

This game has the worst puzzles. Thank you for this.
