No idea. Try to google how to get ReShade working with your specific setup. Your HW is fine, I run it without a single difference in frames at 4k, with a 1070. It's most likely a setting or a missing redist on your windows. ..I can only guess tho.

Ok. I installed the pack and now, my frame rate is extremely choppy. I have a Ryzen 9 3950x CPU, 16 GB RAM, and an RTX 2080 Ti. Why is my frame rate so choppy after installing the pack?

The mod works perfectly fine on any version of Windows, both for the main game and the expansions. ..And no need to remove the entire game and re-download if you don't like the mod. All you need to do is remove the reshade files. Simple as that. Also, don't run the games in compatibility mode. It's not needed.
@Selvator: Seems like you have some issues with your Windows you need to look at. If you need compatibility mode for this game to work, and if you can't use ReShade, then most likely you need to reinstall DX9c, MS C++ Redist, .Net and possibly the latest gfx drivers.

It's a small collection of tweaks for Win10, to make it work better for games.

This mod does not work for me.
The game won't start at all with this mod.
Running the game without this mod works fine.

I am getting none of the errors mentioned on the mods page.
If you have this installed and cannot run the game.
Remove the game and the main folder then download the game again.
Set the compatible mode to windows XP SP3 and it should work just fine.
You won't have the updated lighting/color effects but at least you can play it that way.

All you need to do, is download the file and unpack into the game-folder. (As it says on the site.) That's it. :)
