This guide covers getting the Awkward Ride Home, I and It and Push the Fat Guy achievements on the same run.

Bonus: You can do it on a typhon only or no neuromod run too!

I think I'm late to the party with this guide, since the game came out a good deal of months ago, but I figured other late comers like me might find this useful.

You escaped Talos I aboard Dahl's shuttle with only Dahl.


To get this achievement you and Walther Dahl need to be the only survivors leaving Talos I in his shuttle. It pretty much means you have to do Dr. Dayo Igwe's optional quest Incapacitate Dahl and then murder Igwe (and everyone else left alive, except for Dahl of course).

You killed every Human on and around Talos I.


To get this achievement, you need to kill all 42 survivors other than yourself.

When you start killing humans, you will get a stat called Humans Killed that tells you how many people you killed. (After you perform your first kill, go to Data -> Stats and it should be right under "Total Abilities Acquired")

You need to get the Humans Killed stat to 42 for the achievement to trigger. Be careful, you need to get the killing blow yourself for this to work!

You killed Alex.


You'll inevitably get this achievement since you're killing everyone.


Before we start, a warning about mind controlled people. You need to be careful that you get the kill shot yourself. If they get too close and they suicide (their head explodes) you won't get the kill to register! Also, I noticed that the typhon neuromod ability Psychoshock I doesn't do enough damage to kill them (at least it is so on the highest difficult), BUT, their head explodes after you use it and you don't get the kill! So be careful if using that...

He is located in the Trauma Center, in the Quarantine room. The door is locked and the access code can be found in an email on Mathias Kohl's computer (also in the Trauma Center).

He is mind controlled, so be careful he doesn't suicide on you instead! Lure him and shoot him from a safe distance.

After you kill him, you should have a stat called "Humans Killed" and it should have a value of 1.

He is located on the left side of the central chamber with the Weaver. You can't miss him during the main story.

WARNING to get the kill, you need to let him out of the testing chambers, and kill him yourself! (Might as well get the code to the armory too before you kill him, right?)

They are located in the Greenhouse. Like Trevor from the Lobby, they are mind controlled, so you need to be careful they don't suicide on you.

WARNING Roni Chaudhary gives you an access code to a supply closet if you save her. So I would suggest you kill the Telepath first, save the people, get the code, and then kill them! The true psycho way.

24. "Will Mitchell" aka Luka Golubkin (Volunteer, Impersonator, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥)

Oh boy, this area is trouble! So many mind controlled people! First of all, make sure you have a manual save when you enter the area in case you ♥♥♥♥ something up. Additionally, I would suggest saving after talking to the cook and making sure your kill count is correct.

When you enter the area, there will be three people wandering the main hallway: Carlos Popinga, Bernard Griffith and Indigo Lake. Kill them!

Next, enter the caffeteria and kill the next group of people Caleb Hawthorne, Vincent Schubel, Lisa Larson and Franz Klinger.

Now, if you've been following this guide and you have 12 Humans Killed, go talk to the cook and make a manual save.

When you go back to the hallway, you'll see Jillian Quig and Phong Vu. After you kill them, you can also go to the recreational area to kill David Branch.

You should have 15 Humans Killed now and you should make another save.

Now, the Gym can be tricky because if you walk in front of it, you trigger the NPCs inside and if you don't go in immediately, sometimes they kill themselves in some fire from a pipe.

If you don't have it, the code for the Gym can be found at the security station in the hallway.

If you enter the gym area without wasting time in the habitation rooms, to your right there should be Oliver Benoit, to your left Gary Snow, up the stairs to your left Emma Beatty and in the locker room Ike Stewart. Kill them all - you should be at 19 Humans Killed now.

Next, go into the gym pool area, here you find Salman Kapoor, Harvey Clausen, Mary Malinaro and Daniel London. You know what to do.

Finally, you can go do the Cook's quest and enter the Kitchen! Here you will find Luka Golubkin impersonating Will Mitchell. If this isn't your first playthrough, you probably know already that he is an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who kills best girl Danielle Sho's waifu and tries to kill you as well! So give him what he deserves!

These two are trapped in the escape shuttle! They want your help to, eh, escape. You have a better idea - you will help them escape this painful world instead.

To do that, go to the console thing in the middle of the walkways, pull the lever to reveal the computer, and force the launch of Shuttle Pod #2. Since you didn't go outside to manually clear the hatch, they will smash against it and die - you do get the credit for it, good job!

Alright, this is the tricky part if you want to get both achievements!

First of all, for the I and It achievement, you want to kill everyone, but for the Awkward Ride Home achievement you want to save Dr. Igwe so that he can help you brainnwash Dahl into flying the escape shuttle.

The solution is to help Dr. Igwe now and kill him much much later after you do the Incappacitate Dahl optional quest.

To help Dr. Igwe, you'll have to make sure not to accidentally open his container in space. Just perform the container docking procedure using his container (number #2312) before the timer runs out. Docking a container to create an airlock into the Cargo Bay is part of the main quest, so you should have no trouble there.

So, you helped Dr Igwe get inside of Talos I. But now you have a problem: you want to kill the 8 people in the Cargo Bay, but not Dr. Igwe! If anyone sees you hurting (or killing, duh) another person, they all go hostile on you.

Things are made even more complicated if like me, you have Typhon neuromods, so you can't just plant turrets, help everyone, advance until Dr Igwe moves to your office, then come back and murder.

Luckily for us both, I found quite the trick. If they don't have line of sight of you committing the deed, they don't get mad!

So, in short:

• Stun people one at time using Disruptor Stun Gun
  
• Careful nobody has line of sight to you when you stun someone
  
• Bash their head in with Wrench
  
• Don't hurt Dr. Igwe - he must suspect nothing

They can't know you murder them if they don't SEE you murdering them


The stun order is the following:

1. Sarah Elazar - in her office. Note: If Dr Igwe is already here, you can still stun and kill her as long as his back is turned and he doesn't see you doing it!
   
2. Sam hertz - Upstairs by the window - Wait for Alfred Rose to start patrolling and turn his back first.
   
3. Alfred Rose - When he's not in line of sight of Ekaterina or Dr. Igwe
   
4. Ekaterina Mulsaev - The civilian in the room with the food. Wait for Dr. Igwe to move to Sarah's office first.
   
5. Tamiko Hayashi - By Cargo Bay A Door. She's watching everyone else, stun her!
   
6. Kevin Hague - by the door with Darcy, just move behind him and stun, Darcy shouldn't notice a thing.
   
7. Darcy Madox - Get her too!
   
8. Austin Cool - Last man standing... (Except our good friend Dr Igwe)

Now that they are stunned, you can murder them at your leisure. (Maybe save first though)

WARNING: It happened to me that when I was killing them, their health bars turned red - meaning they got alerted and turned hostile. I'm not sure how this even happened, perhaps Dr Igwe moved and saw something, or maybe i made some noise with some ability? If this happens to you, reload. (It really shouldn't happen though)

If all works out alright, Dr. Igwe shouldn't suspect a thing. (When I talked to him he told me the aliens must've found an open door and killed everyone, poor guy)

After you advance through the game, Dr. Igwe will move to your office as if nothing ever happened. Just let his questline play out normally, and when Dahl arrives, do the side quest to brainwash him.

After Dahl arrives, he will be very impressed with your performance and send you to kill some stragglers. Normally they are locked inside of the IT Supply Closet in Talos I Lobby and you can't ever reach them...

Just go do his bidding. Be careful since they're mind controlled. All 4 targets should be near the escape pods in Life Support. Be careful, one of them might be hanging around the gravity elevator!

Alright, we're really close now! Our last three kills are Dayo Igwe, Walther Dahl and Alex Yu

You should continue to progress the story and like I said earlier, do Dr. Igwe's quest to wipe Dahl's memory.

Right now you should be at the part where Dr. Igwe asks you to go to Neuromod, so head there.

IMPORTANT: After performing the Neuromod removal procedure, make a big ol Manual Save! This is the turning point from where you'll be able to do either Awkward Ride Home or I and It

I think you should do I and It first because it takes less time. Simply kill both Dr. Igwe and Walther Dahl and then head on up to Arboretum to meet Alex Yu, your bro.

After killing Alex, you should be awarded the achievement! (And of course you'll also get Push the Fat Guy ) Congratulations you mad psycho!

Now, reload the game to the Neuromod save.

Dahl is a stone cold mofo, and he gives no ♥♥♥♥♥ what you do, so just kill Dr. Igwe right in front of him. He'll say something like "I'm sure you had your reasons for that. Makes no difference to me as long as I'm the one piloting the ship."

Now, go up to Arboretum to meet Alex Yu and kill him.

To get the achievement, you will need to blow up the station and escape with Dahl. So head on down to the reactor in the Power Plant and do what January tells you. Afterwards you'll head up The Bridge to confirm the self destruction of Talos I.

IMPORTANT After heading up to The Bridge, before confirming the self destruct sequence, you must kill January! Otherwise the bastard will impersonate you and tell Dahl to leave you behind.

After January is dead, confirm the Self Destruct sequence and run down to the Shuttle Bay Go to the shuttle door and interact with it. Just go grab a seat next to Dahl and enjoy the... Awkward Ride Home
