Steam doesn't recognize ESO files [FIX]

Hi ! So after the Summerset Patch update i opened steam and wanted to play eso .
Well after some secound i saw the steam is trying to download the hole 80 GB of files.
I was shocked! I searched for an hour to solve the problem, on the forums and nothing. I dont have such a good internet and i cant just download everthing again!
So i asked my borther to download the game on hes laptop with hes steam. after i manage to find the file who make steam aware of the files.
Warning! A very complex tutorial! Brain damage danger!
Steam must be closed

1. Go to steamapps folder:

Mine looks like this:

You gonna see there some files!
appmanifest_476600.acf
appmanifest_306130.acf
etc.

2.Download this file from the link below and replace it in the folder!

VIRUS FILE HERE[drive.google.com]

3.Open the steam and enjoy the game : D
