This game has very poor performance even though GPU usage is not the issue, here is a fix to boost FPS.

1st step, force Vsync with your GPU drivers, disable in game.
Step 2. Disable the built in 30 FPS frame rate and set to variable.

Remember, game defaults to a 30 FPS cap every launch so it has to be set to variable each time you run the game, menus will run at 30FPS still but game should run at 60 FPS in game.

I was able to run it at 144fps but I had a big problem, when obtaining the broadsword, I couldn't tear down the cracked walls, It asks me to press the spacebar and only breaks the wall when I'm running the game at 30fps

I'm going to try this, as I've found the performance fine with the ingame VSync turned on.
