Well...where do I start with this.

Standards:
1. Be polite;
2. Be efficient;
3. Have a plan to kill everyone you meet.

Let's start from most effective method:

-Silent Assassin wanna be.
Step 1. Choose a spy.
Step 2. Equip 1 of those weapon and disguise yourself as your teammate (avoid disguising as admins, micspamming people or the soul of the party since it's gotta be obvious, that something fishy going on, duh) I recommend going with heavy and keep crouching with fists/sandvich out towards unsuspicious targets.

Try to avoid using killstreak kind for freekilling since after every 5th kill it's gotta be shown to the whole server that you're on rampage...would be really hard proving that you just chilling isn't it? (Unless you really wish to piss off admins and staff for being dumbasses xdi)
Step 3. Do what you came to do

In general go for lonely people and avoid getting attention to yourself (except good one that makes you look like a "nice/funny guy" by spy-crabbing or someh).
If someone starts crying that you keep killing them, bring the argument that if someone saw you killing in killfeed then you did it (but since it's silent killer no one saw it except him and you...and maybe your own team...maybe)
After a few minutes, results of your dirty work should look like this

Just keep in my mind that the higher your score the more suspicious it becomes, so be sure to take a break for 3-5 mins and play friendly as possible engineer by placing teleporter in a cool spot for your team to teleport all day long. If everyone calmed down you can repeat everything again.
Also avoid chainstabs if possible, it makes you obvious and greedy bastard...don't be like that. Have some dignity ffs

You can be caught by:
-Having highscore for no reason (only Engineers and Medics got legit reason for it kinda);
-You've been harassing micspammer, moderator, their m8s or even admin.
If you looking to prevent all kills just look for spy on your team who keeps disguising as teammates over and over and keep getting more points without having kills in the killfeed.

The micspammer:
This one is tricky, but if pulled right can be just as effective if not way more than the first method.
Micspam funny stories, cute/party music while playing as Engineer or Medic since they are the least suspicious of classes to go on freekilling rampage.
I have no idea how to micspam just look for VirtualCable or someh and harass f2p wearing hats players or tauntkillers.

Keep in my mind, that if you decide to use this method you must look fabulous af by wearing unusuals or some other fancy rare stuff you can get to be less suspicious of freekilling (also cry as much as possible about hatless ♥♥♥♥♥ doing anything you might not like, since hats=power in this game, especially on friendly servers)

Tauntkill:
Self-explanatory. Just keep in mind opponent team players mind get revenge on you just cuz they feel like or saw it and no one more likely would kick them for it.

Sniper:
Speaking of revenge you can get ez sniper kills for it.
Just going to servers like this just to train or look for people who tauntkill, freekill like an amateur.
Be sure to punish players like this and you would start looking like a honorable vigilante in the eyes of players (not really since most of them know you're an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥).

Everyone knows you "might" start a rampage every now and then, but server still tolerates you for some reason...
Admins may apply !mirror on you, so that every damage you do would return and have effect only on you resulting in being ez freekill target for a while (around 15 mins usually) or sometimes it's auto activated upon your 10th kill in a row, so keep it mind.
So try to avoid getting kills or attack meanwhile...if not you practically gonna be killing yourself.
On the other hand...you might start massive suicide cuz it;s always fohne, right?

Sometimes admins may feel funny and decide to punish you by changing your size.

Why?
1. You can't use disguises effectively since everyone will know it;s you anyway
2. You move slow af
3. You can't hide basicly and everything you do would be obvious or enter small buildings, rooms to scheme whatever you want so chill somewhere meanwhile and have actualy fun.
