Step 1: Go To Options Menu

Step 2: Go To Mouse Tab

Step 3: Click Mouse Filter And Raw Mouse Input

Step 4: Click Apply And then Ok

Step 5: Enjoy :D

@dylansang It is a hardware specific bug as far as I know so an official patch isn't possible

I really hope an update is pushed to Opposing Force and Blue Shift to fix this bug, it's been getting on my nerves and I've wanted to play without raw mouse input like the other GoldSrc games.
