"I don't know what happened here. I guess he got shot throughout the fight, but when I killed the Bullet King first his servant gave up and became invincible. Hilariously I was able to push him with me into the elevator. Must be a bug of some sort. I hope he wasn't carrying some casings I could've gotten."

@Glaze Oh, I forgot to mention that! It actually happened to me as well this very run. I never recorded it though. I wish I had done so.

A while ago I forgot to kill the chancellor I think and he showed up at the next boss as well, where I killed him. I was very confused.
