Crime spree EX-Pres build
By B〄F Altonator
A maximum armour recovery style of build. Supports team with ammo and high kill rate. Completely viable for 250+ so getting the mega rust mask should be no problem at all.

Introduction
First of all thanks for clicking on this guide. Hopefully i will be able to help you achieve great things in crime spree.
Now you might be wondering, what sort of build is this? Maximum armour recovery? What's that?
Well basically it speeds up the time in which you get your armour back after being shot. So much that it can take less than a second to get all your armour back. Even while being shot at if you have the skill for it.

Another thing you might be wondering is why i didn't go with something like anarchist or sociopath for armour recovery.
While anarchist is fantastic for armour gating (Getting a small amount of armour back very quickly) it reduces your health by half. This means you are very weak to snipers. One of the deadliest enemies on crime spree are the snipers because their damage increases on an insane level meaning anarchist players will almost always be one shot by them. Not forgetting that zeal marksmen also make an appearance.
Sociopath is also good for this, however it lacks the dodge chance and healing abilities of ex-president. It forces you to use melee to get health back which could be dangerous as you have to leave cover.
The loadout
Lets break down this section into pieces.

First of all you will want some sort of rifle and submachine gun. My personal choices for the build are the AMR-16 rifle and the kross vertex.
However you may mix and match guns as you wish, there's many variants of rifles and submachine guns. Make sure your weapon supports automatic fire, that's important for the skills we are going to take.

Grab some ammo packs as we will be investing in skills such as bullet storm and extra lead.

For our armour we will want the standard ballistic vest.
You may also take the lightweight vest as an alternative but anything other than those 2 choices may hinder you. This is because a heavy vest provides no dodge chance at all and a suit doesn't benefit from die hard ace.

Take whatever throwable and melee you want, we won't be using these much anyway. I just went with poison related stuff.
The skills

-Mastermind
Only 2 skills "needed" here. I say needed in quotation marks because you don't actually need to spend points here at all. I just went for some stability for my guns and a damage reduction when reviving someone. It helps a little but not a massive deal.

-Enforcer
Most of our points will be spent here. We will be getting two tier 4 skills, iron man and fully loaded.
Along the way pick up die hard ace for our vest, shock and awe to deal with shields and add a bit of armour recovery. Not forgetting ammo skills for our ammunition supply.
Bullseye is also good for getting some armour back, you can even swap the ace version of shock and awe with ace bullseye if you want. This is because in later crime spree, shields become winters shields.

-Technician
Here is where we spruce up our automatic weapons. Surefire and lock n load ace will help us kill cops fast with quick reload times and armour penetration. Body expertise will also help for those fast placed shots when you don't have time to aim for the head.

-Ghost
Ex-pres provides a little dodge chance, so lets increase it some more with duck and cover ace.
Shockproof is also a nice skill to have, especially since you will be supporting your team by taking out specials. So some shock therapy resistance is always nice.
Speaking of specials, we will also want high value target ace and unseen strike for that little extra damage. Why not low blow for crits? Well crime spree increases your detection rate and it can be hard to get under 25 detection risk. That being said, if your guns allow you to do this then by all means swap out unseen strike for low blow.

-Fugitive
Grab good ol feign death for some self revive chance, you never know when you might need it. Since you will be focusing on killing cops for your team, a slip up could mean a down. This skill will keep you fighting and in the game for longer.
Final words
The less armour you have when killing, the faster your armour recovery will be.
This means if your armour breaks, one kill should be enough to get it back almost instantaniously.
Use this to your advantage. It can be especially useful if you find yourself being swarmed by a bunch of cops. Keep killing them to keep your armour up. The faster you kill, the stronger the build will be.
