Foreword
For the guys who have tired or who have already played many times of the newest difficulties(13 - An Excercise in Futility, 14 - The Definition of Insanity and 15 - The Inner Circle of Hell) that have been updated into the game on the 26 Oct 2018, you must have noticed the humongous difference between those new difficulties and the 12 - Hell Dive, it's absolutely insane mates! Hey, but that also means more fun!

Definition of "Fun"? Well, the fun is not just running away from the hordes of enemies, not just sitting in a chair or litting a cigarettes, that's no fun... what? someone says it's very secure? To hell with it! We must bring liberty, the Dakkas and Booms onto the lands! Show these cyborg scum what we are made of, don't stay like a coward! Dying is not an issue! We die honorably for our beloved Super Earth!

Now grab a few fello firends of yours and start diving in!
How to Teach Em A Lesson - To Cyborgs
Boys and girls you must have noticed the new cyborg scouts, the Legionares, they have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shields!

Barely breakable even with mortars?

No worries, try throw a greande over their heads, and preferably drops at the centre of their formation. It might not be a 100% elimination, but a slightly less cost than booming on their face with mortars, you might want to save your mortars for later...

The Preferable Perks

Auto-Injector
Stun Grenades, stunning! (personal favo)
Stratagem Priority or Precision Call-In

The Preferable Primary Weapons

To Deal With Legionares: Incendiary Weapons are great against them

E.g. Scorcher, Double Freedom.

Otherwise Stunning them is another option, just bring that sweet Rail Gun baby.

Otherwise Tanto.

The Preferable Stratagems

Regular loadouts for 12 - Hell Dive might not work very well with the newest difficulties... When the conditions go extreme, the loadouts might also need go extreme. Or you'd look at those butchers and warlords spawn like it's raining, and go helpless. No! We don't want that!

Blue Strata:
Mortars are always good babes.

For many vets who like to run Commandos, the missiles might get confused... you know what I mean. But it's still a good AT option to go with.

The New Dakka MGX, no more further explaination.

EATs, always good to go with. So does the Demolishers, but they must be planned carefully.

Obliterator, lit'em up.

Laser Cannon, gives a slight support to kill warlords and such, not a bad option.

Recoilless Rifle might not be very effective for hordes of warlords and such, for the best it needs the assist reload, but you might not have much time to do that.

Dum-Dun... well, for the confident vets.

For Support Roles, Rep-80 Heal gun to be an angel (that doesn't mean you heal the person when he's under the laser of an IFV!]

Backpack Slots:
Jet Packs, Ammo Packs, or even Frontal Shields, Bubble Shields for good self-protection.


Red Strata:

For maximum satisfaction.

Static Field, why? This is just for the beginning!

Now,

Heavy Air Strikes and Missile Barrages are going to be your besties from now on. As well as the Orbiter Cannon
Rail-Cannon Strikes and Dive Bombs may not have that much power as the above ones does, but they still can be planned carefully to take out IFVs, or other critical situations.
Don't forget the best finale firework, The Shredders

Green Strata:

These are my personal preferences, and mainly for ground control.

The Stun Mines and the Real Mines, great for ground controlling, place them down before any defence objects, eliminates the panics.

Smoke Barrages, still good to go with but only tempoary.

Anti-Personnel Barrier, sometimes you might just need those time.

HumbleBee UAV Drone, to detect enemies on the map, and predict the direction where they coming from. Upgraded version (Recommended max Mk) detects samples and reveals objective location on the map.

I'd say the Missile Barrage is a very good option against cyborgs, it has a 2 seconds calldown, a decent AOE, an easy launch code compared to the shredder and can leave a toxic cloud to slow down any straggelers.

Bring 2 of them along with stratagem priority and you can easily thin out these hordes of Warlords during a critical moment (capture objective, gear recovery, extraction...) so that the AT dedicated teamates have less targets to shoot at.

To be honest these new difficulties have certainly made a lot of the red stratagems a lot more appealing compared to the regular infantry AT weaponery since you need collateral damage to take out the hordes of armored units

Cool, but don't get me wrong, I'm not about suggesting "only red" or "only blue" strategy, it's for people to choose what they like to play. These are the strats that I found out much useful on these higher diffs.

it's everybody, not just one session.
i have yet to see a group of people that don't run away from absolutely EVERYTHING and abandon your gear.
I just bring red and any green strats, it's not worth using a slot for something you'll use for 5 seconds because of other players and screen sharing.

you should add that upgraded humblebee detects samples and objectives (the former is really relevant for newbies)
