Domino's Mudcrab Merchant

Description
What this mod does:

This mod currently adds two NPCs with 10k gold to buy your stuff: The Mudcrab Merchant outside of Riverwood in the middle of the river named "Mudcrab" and in Markarth's Silver-Blood Inn, in the first room on the right, a Dwarven Spider named "Creeper".

They are currently voiced in order to enable trading. This may change in the future, but I personally like their voices.

Where they're located:

Mudcrab is located in the middle of the river next to the tree past the Blacksmith's house in Riverwood. Creeper is in the Silver-Blood Inn in the small room to the right.

What they sell:

The Mudcrab Merchant sells only ingredients currently but will not sell anything that comes from hostile creatures like Daedra Hearts, Bear/Hagraven Claws, etc. He has a random list of ingredients including insects and fish, the list is set to spawn up to 300 ingredients. He does NOT sell Dwarven Oil.

Creeper sells a random assortment of Dwarven "clutter" such as bowls, scrap, and Dwarven Arrows. The list that controls them can sell 100 items. She sells Dwarven Oil in varying amounts.

The price they buy things at will be the same as other merchants, but they have 10k gold!

What they buy:

Mudcrab buys everything except items marked unsellable, keys, and stolen items.

Creeper buys everything Mudcrab buys, including stolen items.

Possible additions:

More NPCs in places that are accessible to everybody with different loot lists according to what they are.

@Mr.Shaggnificent -- Unfortunately that has more to do with Skyrim than my mod, Skyrim clears a lot of information after the game is closed and re-opened.

Do thay keep the items you sell them forever, just as their Morrowind counterparts did?

Also, I'm installing this, thank you :). Nostalgia and a useful place to unload enchanted goods.

Creeper definitely talked in Morrowind! He said " Don't wanna work, just wanna bang the drum all day!" or words to that effect. I'm trying to find a link with the actual text in.

Also, they did not talk in Morrowind, though they may have made a noise when you first open dialogue, animal noises/etc.
