Start shooting it's huge green eye with the TMP

When Salazar is visible, use the RPG and shoot him, he should only take one shot to kill.
(Aim carefully, the item is used after taking one shot)
You're done!
Now pick up all the items on the floor. Most of them are ammo and healing items.
