The explosives are in the area, don't know extatly, just destroy everything and open all other chests, you will get it. And you need to equip it from inventory, you might as well have it already.

To get the secret in the first area, you have to put the bomb to explose the stuff so you can have a new path :)

I agree i am struggling on the First floor of the swamplands castle. o have found two however not he rest.
