Yeah. I've talked with guy on n off...sequel(s) may or may not happen...Dirty Justice n the blade kitten comic series kinda...didn't perform as well as he needed it to, so continuing it more may be difficult...It's future, both as a game series and a comic series, is sadly up in the air T_T

I actually really loved Blade Kitten; reminded me a lot of Strider, and it was pretty adorable. It got bashed on in a lot of reviews... I'm not sure what people were expecting it to be, the criticisms against it were things you could say about any game from the 16-bit era it was inspired by. I was pissed that Atari managed to have the rights but not let him do the sequels. I heard the remainder of the game was basically *done*, too.

It's only 1 episode for now. There's a rerelease/extended version coming to XBLA soon, hopefully it'll make its way to steam...As it stands, I'd prob give it a 3/5 on a good day, 2/5 on a bad. Blade Kitten and ARES were both supposed to be episodic...but Atari fungled with BK's sequels because it 'wasn't profitable' (It was decently IIRC, otherwise it wouldnt have released on 3 systems digitally lol), and ARES....dunno why ARES never got an EP2 or anything.

It used to be CALLED ARES Episode 1: Extinction Agenda IIRC but...now its just ARES: Extinction Agenda.

If you don't mind waiting a bit, after I'm done with my 100% guide and posted it, I'll prob make a quick recommendation of pros/cons, if you want a better summary of what it does/doesnt have going for it. Definitely worth a look if you're a megaman (preferrably megaman X but either really) fan, and definitely worth a look if you can grab it on a sale discount...

I gotta try this. Is it a complete game/story? I'd heard it was supposed to have more episodes or something. Or maybe I'm thinking about Blade Kitten.
