If you got 4 charms and are missing a fifth, despite having gotten The Hidden Rune, maybe it's because you didn't get the Sunken Crate favor (which doesn't mention runes).

Thank you! Was wondering why I couldn't finish that last mission with "No Alerts". I played it over again 3 times but still failed. Then with your video, I realized I was finishing off Delilah the wrong way!

After the first DLC did the ghost achievement of this one (its easier than you because no clean hand and i didn't get all the runes, bones charms...). Difficulty 3/4. This DLC is really good but its REALLY easier than the first one. I think you can speedrun this one in ghost in like 1 hour.

Coins are very hard to collect if you start with 3,000. I would recommend to replay The Knife of Dunwall and not buy ANYTHING there, but collect a lot of coins. I did that, and when I had finished The Knife of Dunwall I had 5500 from it. Then collected the rest from The Brigmore Witches and it was a lot easier.
