Introduction
There's no need for a guide covering just the achievements as unlocking all 95 accomplishments will unlock all the achievements as well. Also, the game's last achievement: "Legend" requires you to complete all 95 accomplishments.

Be warned that the grind for this game is pretty bad:
36/41 achievements (the game's content) can be done in ~25 hours.
39/41 achievements will take an additional 10-15 hours.
41/41 achievements will take an additional 10-15 hours, plus ~35 hours idling.

The accomplishments are largely self-explanatory, this guide just covers a way to tackle them all efficiently. If you want, you can also can get everything just from playing and playing.

Edit: There may be an issue with Accomplisment #80. Might be worth attempting that one first before doing anything else.
Step 1: Career Mode (~18 Hours)
01 - Newcomer - Complete your first Stage in solo mode 02 - Enthusiast - Complete 100 Stages 06 - Poser - Complete all SSS in solo mode 09 - Upstart - Win your first Stage in solo mode 10 - Natural - Win 50 Stages 14 - Talent - Win all SSS in solo mode 16 - Show-off - Win all SSS in Simulation mode 43 - Geologist - Drive on all surfaces 53 - Junior WRC driver - Start a new career 54 - WRC 2 driver - Complete a Junior WRC season and move up to WRC 2 55 - WRC driver - Complete a WRC 2 season and move up to WRC 56 - WRC Champion - Complete a WRC season and become champion 57 - Workaholic - Complete 14 objectives within the same season 60 - Globetrotter - Complete a Stage in each country in solo mode 61 - Winner in Monte Carlo - Reach the podium in the Rallye Monte Carlo in career mode 62 - Winner in Sweden - Reach the podium in the Rally Sweden in career mode 63 - Winner in Mexico - Reach the podium in the Rally Guanajuato Mexico in career mode 64 - Winner in Argentina - Reach the podium in the YPF Rally Argentina in career mode 65 - Winner in Portugal - Reach the podium in the Vodaphone Rally de Portugal in career mode 66 - Winner in Sardinia - Reach the podium in the Rally Italia Sargena in career mode 67 - Winner in Poland - Reach the podium in the PZM Rally Poland in career mode 68 - Winner in Finland - Reach the podium in the Neste Rally Finland in career mode 69 - Winner in Germany - Reach the podium in the ADAC Rallye Deutschland in career mode 70 - Winner in China - Reach the podium in the Rally China in career mode 71 - Winner in Corsica - Reach the podium in the Tour de Corse in career mode 72 - Winner in Spain - Reach the podium in the RallyRACC CATALUNYA-COSTA DAURADA in career mode 73 - Winner in Wales - Reach the podium in the Dayinsure Wales Rally GB in career mode 74 - Winner in Australia - Reach the podium in the Kennards Hire Rally Australia in career mode
You'll unlock other accomplishments during the career, but I've listed those in a later section.
If you are given the chance to move on to the next tier midway through a season, you can accept the offer and you'll still get related accomplishment/achievement.

I recommend you play on Simulation mode, or you'll have to go through all the stages again in quick play mode (re: #13 and #16).
Since the WRC championship takes you through almost (see below) every stage, win everything for progress on #05, #06, #14, and #15. If you don't win everything, make sure to keep a list of stages you've won on.

For #57, your team gives you an objective at the start of each rally and you must pass this objective every time. There's only 14 rallies a season, so fail one and you'll have to start a new season.

Some other easy ones you might want to be aware of during the career are:
#58 - Die-hard - Win a Stage using only the cockpit view
#59 - Engineer - Set your car up manually
#86 - Scatterbrain - Drive a Stage with a car that has not been repaired (when repairs are available and the car has been damaged)
#88 - Hasty starter - Make a false start
#89 - Tortoise - Stop to change a punctured tyre
#90 - Hare - Reach the finish line with a punctured tyre

abtNaitY notes #89 and #90 may only be possible in Career Mode. I'm unable to confirm myself.
Step 1b: Career Cleanup (~5 minutes)
05 - Completionist - Complete all Stages (excluding SSS) in solo mode 13 - Master - Win all Stages (excluding SSS) in Simulation mode 15 - Perfectionist - Win all Stages (excluding SSS) in solo mode
After finishing career mode you might notice you haven't unlocked the "all Stages" accomplishments. Some genius decided that instead of racing on Baker's Creek in Australia, we should do Newry three times.
So load up Baker's Creek, Australia in quick mode and win it (still in simulation mode) for all three accomplishments.

Step 2: Multiplayer/Online (4-5 hours)
18 - Challenger - Complete your first Stage in online multiplayer mode 19 - Contender - Complete 20 Stages in multiplayer mode 20 - Competitor - Complete 50 Stages in multiplayer mode 21 - Fast learner - Win your first Stage in online multiplayer mode 22 - Virtuoso - Win 10 Stages in online multiplayer mode 23 - Genius - Win 25 Stages in online multiplayer mode 24 - Amateur - Complete your first SSS in online multiplayer mode 25 - Ace - Complete 5 SSS in online multiplayer mode 26 - Rising star - Win your first SSS in online multiplayer mode 27 - Superstar - Win 10 SSS in online multiplayer mode 28 - Hero - Win their first rally in online multiplayer mode 29 - Sore loser - Withdraw from an online multiplayer Stage after it has started 31 - Leader - Have the best time at 5 checkpoints in a Stage 32 - Deadweight - Be more than 3 minutes behind at a checkpoint 80 - Spy - Consult another player's DriverCard 81 - Ghost hunter - Download and play against another player's ghost 82 - Spectator - Watch another player online
You only need one online partner for all of these.
#31 and #32 might be possible in local splitscreen, but I did them online.
#80 and #81 shouldn't need an actual partner, you can do these through the in game leaderboard.
The quickest SS is probably Great Orme, GB (~125s) and quickest SSS is Coffs, Australia (~75s).
There is an issue with #80. All the DriverCards I tested throw an "No DriverCard data found for this player" error, but apparently some work? Keep and eye on this thread for updates. I tried contacting support, but they haven't been helpful.
Step 3: Miscellaneous (1-2 hours)
07 - Night owl - Win 10 Stages at night 17 - Defeatist - Withdraw from a Stage after it has started 30 - Neat freak - Finish a Stage without taking any damage in any mode 33 - Hard worker - Drive at every time of day 34 - Early bird - Complete 10 Stages at dawn 35 - Midday racer - Complete 10 Stages at noon 36 - Sunset rider - Complete 10 Stages in the evening 37 - Insomniac - Complete 10 Stages at night 38 - Weatherman - Drive in every weather conditions 39 - Sunbather - Complete 10 Stages under clear skies 40 - Lookout - Complete 10 Stages in cloudy or foggy conditions 41 - Rain lover - Complete 10 Stages in rainy condition 42 - Force of nature - Complete 10 Stages in bad weather condition 48 - Daredevil - Jump 200 times 49 - Spaceman - Jump a total of 1000m 50 - Skidder - Drift 30 metres in one go 51 - Figure skater - Drift a total of 500m 52 - Splasher - Go through 10 water puddles 58 - Die-hard - Win a Stage using only the cockpit view 59 - Engineer - Set your car up manually 75 - Office worker - Achieve a score of 90 on the driving test and receive a contract 76 - Grasshopper - Use the manual respawn for the first time 77 - Slacker - Use the manual respawn 100 times 78 - Public menace - Automatically respawn 100 times 79 - Certified driver - Achieve a score of at least 90 on the driving test 83 - Carefree soul - Watch the full credits 84 - Charismatic leader - Have the repair team reach +10 morale 85 - Apathetic leader - Have the repair team reach -10 morale 86 - Scatterbrain - Drive a Stage with a car that has not been repaired (when repairs are available and the car has been damaged) 87 - Manager - Spend exactly 45 minutes conducting repairs in one session 88 - Hasty starter - Make a false start 89 - Tortoise - Stop to change a punctured tyre 90 - Hare - Reach the finish line with a punctured tyre 91 - Stuntman - Roll a car in any mode 92 - Scuba diver - Drive into a lake in any mode 93 - Crash-test dummy - Completely total a car in any mode 94 - Crash magnet - Total 10 cars

After finishing both career and MP, I was already on 72/95 and these were my stats.

Now it's time to clean up all the easy ones you haven't gotten. Majority of these will be accomplished during the career mode. I'm not going to cover in detail how to get each one, just some specifics:
#38: Conditions are: clear sky, cloudy, rain, dusty, snowstorm. After the career, you'll probably only need snowstorm (see #42).
#42: "Bad conditions" can be gotten in a snowstorm (e.g. Karlstad, Sweden). You can restart after finishing the stage.
#75+#79: Need a time of sub 1:13. Best tip I can give is to stick as far left as you can during the puddle section. Your left wheels should be on the dirt outside the puddle so you maintain grip.
#77: Manually respawning at the start counts. You can quit straight to main menu and these will still accumulate.
#78: Reversing at the start of a SS counts as an automatic respawn. You can quit straight to main menu and these will still accumulate.
#85: -10 morale can only be done in Career mode. Continue your career and just give up on stages until morale reaches -10.
#87: Annoying one. You need exactly 45/45' with no penalty. Start a custom championship and trash you car in the first stage. It's hard to damage brakes and tyres with a slow car, so try damaging those a little first. It seems completely random, but here's what I did.
#92: Ouninpohja, Finland, there's a gap before the fence at ~10500m on the left where you can drive into the lake.
#93+#94: B0BCAT has a great strategy for totalling cars over on TA.[www.trueachievements.com] I had to give up and continue back to the quick stage menu after each one for it to count.

Step 4: Endgame Grind
03 - Expert - Complete 500 Stages 04 - Veteran - Complete 1,000 Stages 08 - Test driver - Complete one Stage in every car 11 - Hotshot - Win 150 Stages 12 - Elite - Win 400 Stages 44 - Gravel specialist - Drive more than 1,000 Km on gravel in solo mode 45 - Tarmac specialist - Drive more than 500 Km on tarmac in solo mode 46 - Snow specialist - Drive more than 500 Km on snow in solo mode 47 - Nomad - Drive more than 5,000 Km on any surface in solo mode 95 - Legend - Complete all accomplishments

Welcome to the last (and longest) part of the game! You should have at least 85/95 accomplishments unlocked. Here are my game stats at this stage.

As you can see, there's still a long way to go.

First of all, #08 needs to be done with every driver, not every car. There are 50 drivers in the game. You can combine this with any of the grinds below.

For #44, #45 and #46 distance grinds:
- Gravel: Wieliczki, Poland (5.20km in ~140s)
- Tarmac: Great Orme, GB (4.59km in ~125s)
- Snow: Karlstad, Sweden (3.80km in ~100s)
Only focus on finishing gravel and snow at this stage, as you'll be doing the rest of the grinds on tarmac.

#03, #04, #11, and #12: Coffs, Australia should be the fastest stage at ~75 seconds a run. Note that stages completed in multiplayer don't count for this.
This is by far the longest grind in the game, you'll probably have finished everything above before even completing 500 stages. Completing another 500 stages alone will take 10+ hours without counting for loading times.

Quick stat update at this point.

So that just leaves #47. The fastest way to do this would probably be the same three stages listed in the distance grind. They're all ~135km/h average speed.
Alternatively, you can idle this one by holding down the accelerator and continuously driving into an auto-respawn location. I've found it's possible in:
- Barcelona, Spain: straight past the second donut section
- Barcelona, Spain: into the finish line before finishing the second lap
- Coffs, Australia: into the water section before the finish line
The two locations in Barcelona are quicker at ~64km/h. Coffs is slower (~48km/h) because of the water. As I still needed 2200km this was a 35 hour idle.
It's not the fastest way, but I think we've all had enough of this game by this stage :)

And finally:

Thank you for explaining a bug regarding Completionist achievement. I was long stuck at 1 missing race and never realized that Baker's Creek is missing in career. Very helpful guide indeed, and award goes to you! :beatmeat:

@Magic How did you unlocked the online achievements on WRC 4????
Magic 8 Jul, 2024 @ 11:40am
Finally, I got the accomplishments. It doesn't matter what division you ride in. You can get it anywhere. I found it easier in the Junior WRC, as the car's characteristics suit my driving style.

What division did you choose in quick races, also WRC or less? I started WRC Junior in quick races. If I get the achievement, I'll let you know.
