You can modify the survivor weapons and killstreaks / pointstreaks , other stuff let them as they are .

If you play with more than 8 players and you think its too hard for infected , you can replace initial infected weapon with a bazooka so that you can kill more than 1 player , or give some lower damage weapons to survivors ( it can be hard with 2 infected vs many survivors but once you get the 3rd or if you allready are 3 , the fun begins for both sides )
