Extract the .zip file at:
C:\Program(x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 Gold\gui

Now go into the game to Options and select you'r language.

For Mac users? The update is not available on steam; I have buy this game but the language is english only.
