Unlike other guides that explain how to unlock broken achievements to change your files just to get it work this guide will explain it, how to do it in unusual way. Since i found out it just yesterday i decided to make guide for it.

1. Open your steam client,
2. Click on Big Picture,
3. Launch The Binding of Isaac.

And watch how pops up all missing achievements.

This guide is not necessarily needed, because many people will not experience such issues with achievements, most of them such as some of my friends did reinstall game and that solved problem with achievements.
