Prepare for the ultimate siege experience! It is said that Castle Ducksworth is impregnable - but alas, the brave warriors of Quackenvale are not held back by mere words!

'Castle Doctrine' is a huge fixed-camera siege map that works best in Team mode, preferrably in 1v1 or 2v2. To enjoy it in other modes, you might want to 'take positions' if slots are wrongly assigned at the start of each match.

The defenders to the left have a strong starting position, and a host of deadly but non-renewable weaponry and traps. The attackers are vastly under-equipped, but can use their wits to blow holes in the enemy tower, sneak in through the caves and raid the armory, or just go for a frontal assault on the castle gates.

If the defenders manage to hold the throne room for one minute, three powerful artifacts will spawn there - but beware, the attackers could just as easily snatch them away!

This map offers a lot of diverse gameplay, and many secrets and cool little strategies and shenanigans to be discovered. It's a map you should only play on a big screen, and give it a few repeated playthroughs to get the hang of it. The investment is rewarded with deep, strategic and fun gameplay.
