You can find the coins in hidden locations around the map. Well they are revealed by quest, but that's not my point.
You can unlock any outfit peace by beating its outpost. Also you can craft the legendary weapons after you unlock the final weapons workbench upgrade. You can upgrade your weapons by using parts. Need parts go on expeditions. The dude with the helicopter lets you go on them. Side note - the blood dragon bow changes the color of your arrows to a glowing blue, making it easy to spot your arrows if you miss.

I laugh when I think about how 1. Ubi thought this was a good idea, especially in THIS game... and 2. someone probably did buy them...

Afterward I feel ...emptiness.

I concur, it's pointless to use "cheat" mods for a game like this - it makes me think "why even play the game at all?" if you have everything from the start, it feels awfully empty.

mods for new content are okay. Mods to cheat are lame. What is the point in playing the game if you are going to cheat the grind and game-play itself away. Someone could work hard for what they did and feel accomplished. Then someone else can just have all that for free taking away the point of the game. Oh wait you must like the sandbox experience. This guide isn't called (How to mod for free stuff) or even in a mods category. But sure cheat all you want. Just don't do it in online games. Because that makes you a cheater, hacker, peace of .....

It's possible to lose stuff you have purchased using Coins purchased as well, as well as losing purchased coins.
Account data issues which can happen if you uninstall the game [they'll flat out refuse to fix the losses in most cases blaming the user]

tl:dr; you can craft legendary weapons without using coins, you can get crafting materials from expeditions, ethanol from outposts, etc.
