Hello, I've recently discovered how to solve this problem, after a few tries. I thought the Steam Overlay might be the problem, since I could get the opening cutscenes (intro) to run, when I was spamming Shift+Tab, but no. The real problem is related to the FPS I've got, while I was in the game. I had around 1300, in the main menu, which is a pretty strange number. Well, in order to repair those two problems, which I've mentioned in the guide's title, you have to limit the game framerate , but in order to do it, you need to install a program, more precisely, NVIDIA Inspector

Download the program, from the following link: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/nvidia-inspector-download.html (you can choose whatever option you desire, but I've chosen the Mirror one).

Before running the program, close the game, if you haven't already. Now, open NVIDIA Inspector, and in the right part of "Driver Version", press that button (it has two tools, as an icon). Now, check Sync and Refresh , and modify the value of Frame Rate Limiter . By default, it'll say "off", in that section, even though you have to change the option. Many people said that 55 is the best value for the game to work properly. You can either set the FPS to match your monitor's refresh rate, or leave it on 55. After these things, you should be able to play.
