What you need.
Before you can do this you will need some money before hand. Not sure of the exact amount. The Varlet cost’s 20 million.

What you need.
1. Varlet, vehicle.
2. Camouflage. Special.
3. It’s no game, operation.
Walkthrough.
Drive to the opposite end of the map, take out the gun. Hit your camo, hold down space for speed, the Varlet has infinite sprint don’t panic about it running out. The camouflage will end before you reach the exit but don’t worry none of the Enemies will hit you.
Its even possible without camouflage, although more risky.

With Norman Osberger you get around 18 million. Kennedy Spits will get around 89 million.

Unfortunately, the game's save file is not encrypted, so you can just add a couple of zeroes to the save file....

alternatively, go play 'Joy Bus/Car Ride' with the Varlet and twin Carlos's and audio kinetic pulse, take out any explody bois that run at you, and then blast over the wall to the target after he turns his back or side to you, blast him with both guns for an ez kill, and then leave. Takes like, a minute to do and earns the same amount of money.
