Also each level of N shaves-off a few years of age and increases the point of old age . So N4 or higher will 'cure' some pretenders of old age (e.g. the crone).
Both these effects DON'T show up in the pretender design window, but once you start the game you will see they are a fact.
grammar is distracting though
