Saigns.de is a chain of servers that exists solely to create ad revenue, the people who created it don't have the slightest concern for player experience. They have over a hundred servers that all run ads and pay2win donations. Little kids abuse their parents' credit cards to buy unfair privileges, giving you wallhack, allowing you to turn into a sentry buster or the horseless headless horsemann, health on kill, scout speed for all classes, 4 sentries, infinite ammo, the list goes on. While this sounds like a lot of fun to have, it's not fun to play against people with these unfair advantages.

A large problem with Saigns is that it gives newer players a fake experience of TF2. People go into quickplay(which is supposed to be vanilla) and get an experience of ads, unbalance, spam and pay2win. Because of this many new players quit TF2 without ever having the real experience. Many people also never get better because they are used to their premium benefits, and stay noobs forever. Too often have I seen people enter random servers and type "premium" in the chat as if it were a pay2win server.

If you happen to be a Valve employee reading this, for the love of whatever deity you believe in, banish Saigns from the face of TF2 and let them never return. We will all be grateful.

''Alright, thanks for all the information, but I want to blacklist all Saigns servers!''

Don't worry, I made a step-by-step tutorial so that even the dumbest of people can understand(you know who you are).

1. Open the server browser, go to Internet and uncheck all boxes so that all servers can be found.
2. Wait for enough servers to load
3. Search for servers including the tag 'saigns'.
4. Hold Shift.
5. Click on the top one, scroll all the way down and click the bottom one, you will now have selected them all.
6. Release Shift.
7. Press MOUSE2 and select 'add to blacklist'.
8. Refresh the browser a few times and repeat step 2-7 a few times, it took me about 5 times to purge out all Saigns servers.
9. Check your blacklist and feel satisfaction as you scroll through the enormous list of servers you will never have to see again.

Can also be used on other crappy servers.

It's over. It's finally over.

EDIT2: Valve seems to have taken notice of all the complaining about the state of quickplay in the steamcommunity discussions, SPUF and my guide and as of the 23th of january you can opt to only join Valve servers in quickplay. It might not be the removal of Saigns but it makes avoiding them a lot easier. Cheers Valve!
