For AMD GPU Users, you need to enable AMD Anti-Lag.
For Nvidia GPU users, you need to enable Ultra-Low Latency mode.

I do recommend you to set this as a Local Settings for the game's executable file, instead of setting it into the Global Settings in your GPU Panel; only because a few other games might get stutters from this - this trick decreases input delay latency at the cost of GPU performance.
