Step 1: Play stages 1-5
Step 2: Equip a top tier weapon (Force Edge)
Step 3: Get to Shifu
Step 4: Hold down and the Force Edge and move close to the fps counter. Let go of down and tab out of the game while holding the Force Edge. You can then let go of Force Edge.
Step 5: Enjoy your break from the game
