BEST controller layout

I'll keep it simple, using an XBOX controller layout, since there's not a default controller layout
A - Accept
B - Cancel
X - Jump
Y - Slap
RB - Run
RT - Dodge
LB - Zoom out
LT- Zoom in
START - Menu
It's kinda weird to jump with X but it's the most optimal layout since binding both jump and accept on the same button will result in wayne jumping everytime he talks to someone or makes an action, A, B on accept and cancel respectively makes the game so much comfortable to play on battles

i use y as the jump and x as the slap

@mmx_demonic_zero For PS4 A = X, B = O, X = Square, Y = Triangle, LB/RB = L1/R1, and LT/RT = L2/R2. You shouldn't need a different layout for PS4 controller, the buttons just have different names. (Hopefully this doesn't come off as condescending, I definitely didn't mean for it to be)

I did something similar on my playthrough. All buttons the same, however I had the two LB and RB bumpers as my LB ( zoom out) and RB (zoom in) with my LT as run and RT as dodge.

Nice baseline config! For those who don't know, it's worth mentioning that you add controller support from the game's Library page or the Shift+Tab Steam overlay in-game.

Using Y to accept too. But also LB for Slap, X for Dodge -- works best for me in the platforming minigame, Zoom on triggers.

similar to my layout, but ive been using Y as dedicated accept. it's weird but im ok with it
