Introduction
Fight Angel Character Sharing or FACS is a project aimed to provide a safe sharing platform for players of the Fight Angel Special Edition. Thanks to the advanced character editor in Fight Angel, character sharing was one of the features requested by the community.

The gallery can be found here: https://sliva.dev/fightangel/sharing/
Uploading Characters
Go to the Upload Page[sliva.dev] of the FACS.

Note: The dot in the address bar is symbol for current location in the file explorer.
  1. Navigate to Fight Angel Special Edition installation folder located inside your Steam folder. Usually located here:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fight AngelSE\
  2. To find the character you want to upload, navigate to the PlayerSave folder located here:
    .\FightAngelSE_Data\PlayerSave\
  3. Now navigate to the “role” folder if your character’s body type is cartoon (2d) {default} or to the “role3d” folder if your character’s body type is realistic (3d) {from the DLC}
  4. Now search for your character in this folder from Step 3. As an example we will use Claudia with realistic body type so we will select the following files for upload:
    Claudia.txt Claudia0.png Claudia1.png Claudia2.png
  5. Now fill in your Nickname into the Author field, tick if the character is using Cartoon or Realistic body type and you are all set. Now you are ready to upload your character!

Upload Rules
  • Uploading characters with NSFW thumbnails is prohibited.
  • Always make sure you have the proper rights to the character you are uploading.
  • Administrator does not take any responsibility for the content uploaded to the FACS gallery.
Downloading Characters
Characters from FACS can be downloaded directly from the Gallery[sliva.dev] by clicking on their respective thumbnail.

After downloading the ZIP file, read the packaged "readme.txt" file for more instructions.
Thank You
Thank you to all people who suggested this project/feature over time. It helped me to deepen my skills in many ways, and there are many features planned that will be implemented in the future. I hope that you are satisfied with FACS and that it will help to show the creativity of this community.

Hey, guys, I just uploaded 3 characters that I created a few days ago. I hope you like them! (Mina, Yane, Lyriel) =) And, to MagicD3VIL, many thanks for creating this hub to share our fighters! =D

Well it's not like you're charging people for the characters hosted in the site, so I don't see how legal trouble could arise. Then again, I'm also not a lawyer.

Shame, I guess I'll have to keep RWBY characters to myself XD

It's mainly there to prevent the re-uploading of other people's characters. Also to ensure if somehow there would be some legal trouble over it I can just delete it and be chill. I am a developer, not a lawyer so it's there just as a safety net. Also good question, I'm surprised people actually read those. :47_thumb_up:

Question, you say that we have to "make sure you have the proper rights to the character you are uploading". Does that mean that if I do a character based on an already existing medium, I can't upload it?
MagicD3VIL  [author] 5 Oct, 2020 @ 1:47am
Oh ok then the dev must have changed that in some update in the past. I'll change the code so the newly uploaded characters will have the correct info in the Readme file.

Yes, you can put custom characters straight to the role folder. No matter if they are 2D or 3D.
