2. Run game and application (doesn't matter in what order)
3. In game set your max resolution and set the display mode: In window
4. Press F3

А если вообще смысл играть в Nier Automata без FAR когда там до сих пор не сделали нормальную оптимизацию?

To be sure it's works run Steam overlay and look at the text. It must be clear, not blur
