This simple guide will show you how to set a custom event and boost EXP and credit in Wreckfest.
Custom Event settings
Let's start!

1) Select Custom Event from the Main Menu;



2) On Select Track choose Big Valley Speedway and then Outer Oval Loop;





3) Proceed to Select Car, you have to choose a big truck like Doom Rig, School Bus or Hellvester! Selecting Harvester or Big Rig makes impossible to choose the Lawn Mower as an opponent. I also tried with several different cars and all are usable, just remember to use body protections upgrades in order to resist impacts.








4) On Event Options use this setup:

  • Event Type: Banger Race
  • Opponents: 23
  • Laps: 60
  • Time of day: Random (or whatever you want)
  • AI Vehicle: Lawn Mower
  • Damage: Realistic



5) On the Difficulty tab select:

  • Driving Difficulty: Custom
  • Shifting: your preference (I prefer Manual)
  • ABS: Half
  • Traction Control: Off
  • Stability Control: Half
  • AI Difficulty: Expert

TAKE NOTE!!!
Take note, this is my EXP level and credits before starting the race, you will see how much I will go up after finishing the event!

Let's start the race!
Start the race and wreck the opponents by ramming them.





As you can see after 1:27 minutes I wrecked all the opponents, then i proceed to wreck myself in order to terminate the event.




Wrecked!



Final results
+44777 EXP!!!





+8310 credits!!

Conclusion
As you can see in less then five minutes you can boost your game level (and your credit account) by doing multiple races like this to reach the max level cap of 100.

Final note, I'm thinking about doing a video to show you that I'm not using any mods or cheats and that my game is totally vanilla.

Rally Race With the Doom Rig Same setup as Described above.... Difficulty settings
Off Off Off Damage - Normal.
Exp- 169,000 and Credits Max out at 50,624 I usually kill off all the Lawn Mowers in the 2nd Lap, so about 15 minutes to Gain the above or a little better on the EXP around 172,000 was my best so far.

This works well on the rally map. I just got around 250k exp from about 5 minutes of driving.

As I wrote some time ago, it's less easier to crash opponents, but the rewards are still the same.

I don't know if this was nerfed but it's not as effective as described, though it's certainly less time consuming than doing normal races for xp and cash.

Another fun method if you have a friend is just doing figure 8 with school bus and 100-110 opponents and just wreck havoc for 5-10 laps. Nets 8k xp or more and is quite a lot of fun the more busses you have.

Ah that could be it, a lot of them are taking themselves out on the track without me interfering.

For me, it was mainly down to the AI taking themselves out. Mostly on the farmlands stage.

Weird, I'm only getting 5k XP for 'finishing position'. Any idea why that might be?
