Go to "Windows Settings" (bottom left)

Go to "Time & Language" (center)

You will see:

'Date & time on top': Look below it..
-"Set time automatically" (On)
-"Set time zone automatically" (On)

-"Set time automatically" disable it to Off!!!
Below there is "Set the date and time manually"
Click on "Change"

A small box will appear, "Change date and time".

go to Date, change it to:

Month: October
Date: Doesn't matter
Year: 2019
Then click "Change"

Now go on Steam, start "Among Us"
-Once it's open close it again.
-Then start Among Us again.
-And you now go to any game and see your inventory
-And Boom! You will get all the "halloween hats"..
(DON'T FORGET to Go back and set your current time!!)..
