Crusade Map
Use the table of contents to navigate to whichever mission you're currently doing. The numbering order was roughly determined by the order in which I ran the missions when I made the screenshot of the crusade map.

Crusade/Mission Map Key
Yellow box -> chest or loot
-This icon covers all types of static loot like chests and unidentified items. The icon's size is not indicative of what type of loot is there.

Blue 'Diamond' -> info-fragment
-For revealing the contents of end-crusade loot chests. Omicron Arkh has a voice line that lets you know when one is nearby.

Red Box -> cogitator for unlocking secret and covert missions

Red Diamond -> covert mission (this is a crusade map icon)

Red Triangle -> enemy that drops an encrypted dataslate
-The dataslate is used to access a cogitator that unlocks a covert mission. Only one dataslate is required.

Purple Oval -> teleporter
-Only teleporters that go to rooms with other map-key objects are marked.

Green Star -> relevant secondary objective
-Only secondary objectives that unlock something upon successful completion are marked.

Note about the crusade map:
The small yellow number in each mission icon is the corresponding difficulty increase.

Note about the mission maps:
I've rotated them to at least approximately match how the map is oriented at the start of the mission.

there are some random-spawn chests but otherwise yeah always the same layouts

i just tried an amber crusade to see what they are like. so they are always the same maps and layouts with those shards?

ah looks like they've changed the 'protect the psyker' event since back in the day. You used to be better off letting her die if you wanted more loot because actually succeeding gave nothing. As for my numbering, there's a disclaimer above the crusade map

Map 13 has a Psyker event that is not listed. Is there a reason you chose to use what is, so far as I can tell, a completely illogical numbering system for the maps?

Ignore the path recommended above and instead go 1, 5, 6, 18 as soon as you start the void crusade. Secret mission 18 is a 'protect the civilian' mission where they can easily die because they're in the middle of a courtyard of enemies and can unknowingly be triggered early. The above guide has that mission at +7 or +8 difficulty by the time you reach it, making it practically an auto mission-fail unless you know beforehand exactly what to do.

Just did 1 and 2, and there was nothing wrong. You must be mistaken or you're experiencing a bug.

Could it be that this is somehow outdated? I did other guides and they worked, but on this the first two maps already look different and there is no cogitator on the first map.
