You get a exotic cipher quest from Xur every friday-monday
it gurantees you a exotic cipher which may be used to unlock any weapon from the Monuments of Lost Light which is located near the vault at the tower.
To get the quest you must go to xur and pick up the quest which requires you to do this following.

Once you have completed the exotic cipher quest after the cruel grind of playing strikes, winning gambit, crucible matches.
You must go to the tower once more and go to the Monument of Lost Light then go click on the Shallowkeep Section (year 3).

Once you click on it you must go trade the Exotic cipher away for Heir Apparent which should cost
- 125k Glimmer
- 200 Microphasic Datalattice
- Ascendant Shard/Golfball
- Exotic Cipher

Once you have completed this you can now become HEAVY WEAPONS GUY IN DESTINY 2
(TF2 THEME PLAYS)

While using the heir apparent you must play exciting tf2 music in the background while revving up your Heir Apparent and you can achievb esgfesargesa............
