@NoFear: Because well - its a Kato souvenir so aside for special souvenir matches (like IBP gold / 3dmax / London Conspiracies) it makes for the best souvenir skins. Then in addition - its a fn capped light blue which is so rare that some of the possible Kato ones don't even exist and almost all of the ones that do are 1 of 1s. Its also the only AK skin that you could get as a Kato souvenir
