What will ensue?

You are ??? and trying to get to Megasatan (normal mode).

You start with 2 key pieces, chaos, fruit cake, and 3 dollar bill.

This mod was created for afterbirth + with no mods on. I can't guarantee things will run correctly with other mods on. Nor can I guarantee the difficulty won't be easier / harder with other mods on. Theoretically, this challenge should work properly with any mod (assuming the mod doesn't replace the starting items / character)

Other specs:

You start with 404 and rainbow worm (both gulped).

You start with one whole soul heart, one whole black heart, an eternal heart, a gold heart, and a bone heart. All hearts that ??? are able to pick up.

All rooms start with the D10 effect (random enemies).

Most rooms that have a chance to just give you an item or let you buy one have been removed (there are some the game won't allow you to remove).

You will be going through Sheol / Dark Room (unless you randomly happen to get the Polaroid)
