What I am trying to play on
Don't get me wrong I have a fairly good machine at home, but not always being home and working made my buy a Windows 10 tablet like convertible the specs are:

Processor Intel(R) Atom(TM) x5-Z8350 CPU @ 1.44GHz 1.44 GHz
RAM 2,00 GB (1,87 GB usable)
As Graphics card it only says: Intel HD Graphics, so it's just the onboard graphics of the processor.

As you can see I don't meet the minimum requirements, however I still made it somewhat playable with these tipps.

In Game settings
So who would have thought. The basic is to change the in game settings.
Setting V-Sync to off and changing the resolution should do the trick for many.
Windows settings
Obviously you should keep your Pc up to date and clean temporary files yada yada yada.
I'm sure that you know the basics and if not it's easy to find them.

First of all when trying to open the game on steam try executing it with 32-bits, when the other options don't work.

But what helped me the most was to go and search the Hades.exe file and go to properties.
After that click on "disable fullscreen optimisations" (red arrow)After that tick override high DPI scaling Behavior. and choose Scaling performed by (Application) in drop down menu. As shown by the green arrows.
You can also try running it as administrator.
Conclusion
I hope that I could somewhat help you, at least this is what helped me.
If there is anything else or you want to say anything use the comments.
A rate would be appreciated.
