Die in tutorial.

You need to die in the very first room of the game. You know, the one without any hazards at all. After you gain control of your weapons, shoot out the top wall in the middle of the room. Eventually it will be destroyed, exposing you to the vacuum of space. Get sucked out through this hole to obtain the achievement. Credit goes to this Steam thread!

Get rid of the evidence.

In the final level, kill the first boss (Sentinel). After it dies, push its corpse into the hole in the top left of the room. Credit goes to this Steam thread!

You've been naughty and used cheats.

Activate a cheat code. Below is a list of cheat codes (all credit to gamespot[www.gamespot.com]):

• spendingspree - Adds cash to player
  
• iddqd - Invunerability
  
• idkfa - Refills ammo, health, shields and dash energy.
  
• boostbattery - Upgrades dash energy capacity
  
• juggernaunt - Upgrades health
  
• cofferush - Upgrades movement speed
  
• bulletshurt - Upgrades shield
  
• moremagazines - Upgrades weapon capacity

Cheat codes need to be activated while inside a level.

Collect all upgrades.

You need to collect all of the 21 upgrades scattered throughout the game. Refer to my other Steam Guide if you need help with the locations. Keep in mind that you cannot replay levels after beating them, so if you miss any upgrades you need to replay the entire game! While going for this achievement you will also obtain Inquisitive, Juggernaut, I don't like pain, Gotta go fast!, Gun enthusiast and Meep Meep.
