I did it before but can you repeat it? The downside is that it is not a good way to raise your skills.

kill cows and put the hides in bank, you can sell them at grand exchange in varrock or take them to al karid tanner and tan them then sell for even more profit.

selling weeds is a great way to get some starting cash too! I don't think you need membership to gather them with a rake and once you have an inventory you can instasell them for a few thousand

They changed it. It's not the door anymore, its the cradle of life now.

If you have not gotten two factor authenticator or something for your account, old school runescape does not let you get the boots or the achievement even if you make it all the way down the stronghold of security and click on the cradle because "you obviously don't care about your account security" if you don't have authenticator. I just value my privacy!

To people complaining that you need to set up 2 factor and give an e-mail account...
1) You don't HAVE to, you can bypass that by constantly talking to the door and then just trying to walk through it. Eventually it bugs and lets you through
2) If you are really THAT paranoid about 2-factor but not paranoid about the fact that there are literally people being paid to try hacking into your account, you have your priorities mixed up
