Uncensoring Loren
By bluemeep
The Steam edition of Loren defaults to the censored version with less skin. This will show you how to fix that!

What's this about?
Unfortunately, due to various legal hoops that needed jumping through, the version of Loren the Amazon Princess that is available on Steam is restricted in the content that it provides. While the direct download and Desura editions feature a suggestive content option, this is missing on Steam. There isn't any impact to the story because of this, but you do miss out on a bit of "plot". Thankfully the developer has provided us with an officially sanctioned workaround!

Vast tracts of story content.

Step One: Grab the demo!

Download the demo from the Winter Wolves website and install it. As a handy bonus, the demo version will automatically detect the Steam install and unlock itself, should you decide to just play that version instead.

Step Two: Load a save!

In the demo, either start a new game or load a save file that you were previously playing in Steam. Both clients use the same save folder, so they're interchangable. Open the options menu and look for the Suggestive Content option in the bottom right. You'll note that this space is blank in Steam.

Set that bad boy to On.

Step Three: Save!

Now just save the game. When you next load that file in Steam, you'll be using the full uncensored game. Enjoy!

Okay, I've followed all the steps, and also the alternative one listed in the comments. It doesn't work. It started uncensored, but after a minute returned to their preovious outfits. Can anyone help? It would be greatly appreciated, so thank you

Yeah i was messing around with it so i had to do it twice I think for safety reasons, with the whole uncenorsed thing its better to keep the demo. Lol thats just what i figured to do anyway.

Pretty sure you can uninstall it at that point, but I hadn't tested that.

Can you uninstall the Demo after or do you still need to keep it for the suggestive content?
