This strategy heavily relies on 2 cards, and thus having 2 cards to start with is essential. Simply run through easy mode without continues and pray you are not harassed by 2 cartoon bunny women.

This card makes enemies drop extra coins, this card compliments the next one very well.











This card will spare you from death, at the price of 200 coins.











Now consider that you can get roughly 400ish coins a stage with this setup, that is roughly 2 lives. That is not the only benefit either, as these "lives" are stored outside of the life bar, that leaves the extra space for actual lives.
