Nothing too complicated to get here, but you do need to be an Adult to break the grates in the north-west corner and an Elder to break through to the area to the East. Some determined land-skipping will get you into the collectibles in the north-east before you're an Adult shark.

Interesting area because there are no landmarks, and most of the license plates are visible easily when you're knifing.

The items off to the far east are underground accessible via the grate nearby in the canal. You'll need to go left for one item and right for the other.

This section has the collectible that drove me to madness, that I spent a good 30 minutes working to get. It is possible for an Elder shark to get it but you will probably want to smash your keyboard in the process.

It's a license plate over a bridge. Climbing up the side at the Fish Fingers park isn't possible, because of invisible walls. Climbing up the side with the grass isn't possible because invisible walls. I managed to get close many, many times. I even managed to snag pedestrians off the bridge through the boardwalk.

What seemed to work: you don't want to be close. You want to jump from some distance, and get about a 45° up to the bridge. A couple jumps and some chomps, and you can get the top of the bridge.

Too close, and you'll probably bonk the bottom or get hung up on the bridge. You may also find yourself doing back-flips. Get some distance and try a less severe angle.

A lot of the items are behind grates. The landmark in the south-east corner is on the surface on a piece of ice.

Not sure if the tinfoil hats spawn consistently or randomly, but I found one on the southern coast of the southern island, west of the isthmus of land, between the license plate and the landmark.

I found another on the northern end of the eastern most island (the island astern of the big tanker/hauler ship)
