I do have a question that always pop into my mind ever since I got into the musou train:
How do you folks find out these requirements for the Rare Weapons?
I always have to look up a guide, but I have no idea where the information originates!! haha Is it trial and error by the community? Is it a guide book? Is it somewhere in the games that I'm not finding out?
Just a deep seated curiosity. Again, INCREDIBLE work, kudos to everyone!
One thing I noticed on 'Battle of Kozuki Castle (Mori),' objective 'A Fated Ending' doesn't seem to trigger if you fail 'A Rude Awakening.'
Found one mistake - in order to get Hanzos rare weapon, stage Battle of Mikatagahara (Tokugawa) need to be compleated by Tadakatsu, not Hanzo.
Thank you for making this guide!
I can't get through any of these gates to open, all Red X's. Everything is dead, but can't get through any gates. What am I missing?
(1) First time playing I triggered it by Sena, but went with Interim Save and it erased my progress. When I defeated Ujizane with Takeda Shingen, it did not trigger the bonus mission.
(2) I tried free mode using Shingen and Katsuyori combo, did not trigger after trying multiple times.
(3) I tried free mode using Shingen and Ieyasu combo, did not trigger after trying twice.
(4) I tried free mode with Sena/Ieyasu, and the moment Sena made contact with Ujizane, bonus mission instantly triggered.
I'm not sure what exactly triggers which of Hanbei's questions, but it might be the characters chosen.
Next, you'd do Yasuke on Oda 6-2 and do the same. You should see the weapon pop up at the results screen. All this needs to be played on Hard or greater difficulty too.
The S ranks are not tied to any objectives. You can actually go through the whole game without getting them all if you want. Good luck.
thanks for the guide, it's REALLY good!
