Step 1: Download the 'remove Black and White filter' mod here. Unpack the folder and copy the two files.

Step 2: Go to your game installation (either in Steam or Ubisoft Connect), open the 'src' folder followed by the 'System' folder.

Step 3: Paste the two files into that directory. It'll prompt you to overwrite one, click yes.

Step 4: Boot up the game, go into Deniable Ops, and you should have the maps back. I've done this on two different copies of the game and it worked for someone in r/SplinterCell who found my video before I wrote this guide.

- This will most likely only work if you have activated the DLC prior to the server closure. If you bought the DLC and never activated it, I think you're still out of luck since you can't get into the 'Exclusive Content' menu.

- For one user this also got them the Third Echelon Deniable Ops map and the SPAS-12 - it did not do this for me. I only have them because I purchased a copy on Ubisoft Connect, started the game to check for the items on the same account, and then refunded it. Note that this wiped out story progress, unlocks, and PEC points. Do this at your own risk.

- In my experience, you can't use this with the Campaign levels, it crashes in the opening cutscenes. If you want to play Campaign, rename the ORIGINAL "conviction_game.exe" to something like "conviction_gameOLD.exe" and then delete the edited text in the name to regain Campaign access.
