Hello everyone. I know this game is still new, so lots of people are still learning. I’m not super far into this game (done a many professional haunts, but that’s it). This is my photo camera guide.

When you start playing the game, everything is all about figuring out what kind of ghost you are against and collecting evidence. It’s important to realize that getting the correct ghost is only worth 10 dollars and a very small amount of experience. Most of the rest of your money will come from taking pictures. Once you have your base of operations set up in the ghosts room, I’d recommend dropping at least one photo camera in there. If anyone is in the room alone, they should pick up the camera and be ready. Things you can take pictures of that are worth just as much as getting the right ghost in the journal are:

1) evidence (fingerprints or the emf 5 going off). For fingerprints, these do not even need to be lit up by the black light. If you don’t care about playing the game and just want to farm money, you can leave the black light in your van and take pictures of light swotches and doors. If fingerprints are there they will be labeled on the picture in the journal, even if you cannot see them in the picture. I hope this gets patched out at some point but for now it works

2) dirty water. As you go through the house, you can turn on sinks, then turn them off when there is some standing water. If the ghost comes near and is in an interacting mood he will turn the water brown. A pic of this is worth money and exp and can be gotten pretty safely usually. This is sometimes an objective so can be worth double money

3) interactions. This is why you want a camera in the ghosts room. Is the ghost closing the door or actively throwing stuff? Take a picture! That is worth good money. I’m not 100% sure, but I think you can take multiple pictures of different interactions for a reduced prize (first is 10 bucks and I believe subsequent pics in the same Hunt are 5).

4) the ghost itself. Scary. I’m a giant scaredy cat, so I usually am too busy jumping a foot or two in the air to take a picture, but this is worth money and will be an objective sometimes too, so you get double money.

5) the ghost bone. After taking a picture of the bone in the house you can bring it into the van and get money for taking a picture and money for bringing out the bone.

I would highly recommend buying an extra camera or two early in your game experience so multiple people on your team can have one and you rack up money and levels to buy other equipment much more quickly.
