INTRODUCTION
(UPDATED AS OF VERSION v.53)

FOREWARNED is an horror game based on the exploration of a Procedurally Generated "Ancient Egypt Style" Tomb. The main objective during the exploration, is to find the Inner Tomb (A room with a big sarcophagus in the middle) and open it, only to find the Relic contained inside it and escape alive with it. Along the way to the Relic, you may find Rare Artifacts, Gold and even Lore Pages that you get to keep along the Relic itself.
LORE
Some ancient tombs appeared out of nowhere in Egypt, an old egyptian legend says that these tombs contain highly valuable riches, but are also the resting place of a spirit, a Mejai, who can take on a physical form to struck down any intruders who dare to disturb their sleep.

There is a total of 160 Lore pages currently in the game. Collect and transcribe them to discover the lore and some tips about the mejais!
THE MEJAI
The Mejai is the spirit that belongs to the tomb and is highly dangerous. It can damage the player even while in spirit form, but requires more than one hit to kill unlike his physical form.

Every Mejai can perform different actions that are unique to it, allowing the team to discover the Mejai type and name, for now being only:

Rathos the Damned
Dekan the Lost
Ouphris the Forgotten
Necreph the Shadow
Talgor the Perilous
Ataimon the Abominable

I will mostly talk about their abilities when in Physical form in the following lines.

Rathos the Damned
Rathos is a mummy that roams around the tomb in search of the relic holder. It has a "stalker-like" chasing style, waiting for an opportunity to strike Players while they aren't paying attention to their surroundings.
He has the longest vision range and is nearly silent when moving. You should check all corners before moving, also check your behind a lot. Rathos can also somehow sense the relic holder, so if you are holding the relic, you better make haste! Rathos is fearful of fire, allowing you to avoid his attacks while holding a lit torch. At random times while being chased by Rathos, he will scream extinguishing all fire sources around him. This will give him enough time to reach the player and kill them shouldn't the player lit the torch back up fast enough. When Rathos screams a certain amount of times, he will at some point turn gold. While in the enraged state (While he is golden basically) he will be more aggressive and will scream more often while also trying to close up the distance between him and players a lot more.

Dekan the Lost
Dekan is a... Humanoid Beast I guess? It roams around the tomb searching for the invaders. It is almost completely blind, but it has super-hearing abilities. It can hear a player walking in close proximity and can sense players running from far away. It can also hear you talking through both Global and Local voice chat, so avoid talking to teammates and try to use gestures if in VR or turning off and on equipment to communicate. If you really need to speak, try whispering, it should be harder for the Mejai to hear you that way (Tested, but not sure about it). You can hear Dekan coming because his footsteps are incredibly loud, the screen will also shake a bit when he stomps around, increasing in intensity as he gets closer. You can also understand if he's close by using the Geiger Counter as Dekan's body releases constant radiation over a large radius. Try to hug walls while crouch-walking around the map to avoid him. Avoid taking photos while in close proximity, as Dekan will hear the Camera shooting the photo.

Ouphris the Forgotten
Ouphris is the Mejai I personally hate the most. Ouphris transforms into one of the players in the lobby and every players sees him differently from how the others see him. It cannot mimic you. It will mostly start walking around the tomb with a specific item always in hand, so you can easily identify him. Also, other players should start clicking their headsets or flashlights to show they are friendly. You should hide and avoid being seen by him as he is the Mejai with the best tracking ability, and will follow you around the map easily once he has seen you. It won't attack immediately, but will start following you for around 30 to 60 seconds (probably based on difficulty). Once the time has passed, it will start whistling. Once it is whistling, you have little to no time to run and hide before he kills you. The Amulet is the only item that can prevent Ouphris from attacking. Activate it while he is whistling and start running to the exit! When using the amulet against Ouphris to stop him from attacking, all amulets will be damaged by a certain amount. After stopping Ouphris a few times, all of the amulets will break and will be unusable for the remainder of the game. Once Ouphris turns into his original Physical form, he will also permanently deactivate the global voice chat for all players, only allowing proximity chat. This has been implemented to go along with his new ability to mimic player speech.

Necreph the Shadow
Necreph is actually my favourite along the currently available Mejais. It is easy to play against once you level up and unlock the Tablet with Night Vision or once you learn how to play against him. Necreph can teleport around the map unlike other Mejais. He ALWAYS knows where you are and will teleport to your position every few seconds. If you hear the sound of chains, Hug the walls and avoid staring at him. You should turn off all your light-emitting equipment, including the Helmet, as necreph can sense light even from the other side of the map. Flashlights and lit torches are Death sentences, even when dropped on the ground. DO NOT TAKE ANY PHOTO unless you are sure you are safe to do so, as Necreph can see the Camera Flash.

Talgor the Perilous
Talgor is the invisible terror. Talgor appears invisible to those who try to look at it without a Tablet. It also disturbs Night Vision, so you have to look at him without it. It can absorb flames from your torches, so instead bring in a flashlight if you know the Mejai is Talgor. It is also slowed by sounds including speech, so if you speak in your microphone on local chat loudly or turn on a radio it should slow down while chasing you. When getting close to Talgor, you will notice colors around you slowly desaturating, allowing you to prepare before he attacks. It produces a peculiar sound while moving around so stay on alert while moving through the tomb. When using a radio to slow Talgor, the radio will malfunction for a little, reactivating after a little bit (malfunction time is reduced the higher the radio's level).

Ataimon the Abominable
Ataimon is the abomination, a humanoid creature that roams the tomb in search for victims. It is pretty slow when compared to other mejais, you can hear him coming as he is extremely loud and you can shine your flashlight at him to stun him briefly. He can also be stunned with a Photo Camera's flash when needed! After you stun him, get away as soon as possible, as he will shoot dark orbs at you that impair your vision and (probably, but not tested) deal damage. After a little while, the dark orbs will turn into abominations, so watch out!
AFTERLIFE (Also Co-op and PvP)
Once you die during a game of FOREWARNED, you are teleported inside of a room, probably some kind of limbo. Once inside the limbo, you can decide to traverse one of the three available portals in front of you, Blue being the Co-op portal, Red being the PvP portal and Yellow being the Revive portal.

Co-op
Once you are resurrected in Co-op mode, you can help your fellow (alive) teammates by leading them to loot thanks to your newfound ability "VISION". Vision allows you to see loot through walls and allows for faster exploration during the first stage of the match. The Co-op mummy is of a greenish color and can be recognised by that color difference. You also have the ability to distract, (Default keybind should be "P") allowing you to attract the attention of the Mejai (Doesn't work on Rathos, still didn't test with other Mejais). Teammates can still kill you if you get too close to their torches, also avoid walking on lit torches on the ground or on the walls. Even if you are a mummy, you can still interact with most things, even the Levers. This can be abused in multiplayer by letting the alive people wait beside the exit while the mummies look for the Entrance Lever during the Hunt stage of the Exploration.

PvP
Once in PvP, you are resurrected as a Mummy of the same color as Rathos the Damned. Your bandages are clean white and you are able to attack other players and kill them. Your abilities also allow you to scream and/or breathe fire once leveled up! As like as the Co-op Mummy, you can die by a torch held by the alive players or on the ground, so try to aim for players using flashlights instead. If you like trolling you can instead get outside the tomb without being seen and hide in the tent or behind the car to ambush the others!

Revive Portal
Once for each exploration, the team can decide to let one person revive by letting them walk inside the revive portal. This is an option that can be deactivated in the Match Settings, and disabling it will increase the rewards at the end of the game by 5% per difficulty level (20% in brutal difficulty).

Co-op and PvP levels
Currently in the game there is a leveling system for the Co-op and PvP mummies, apparently you level them up by just playing them and succeeding in your job of helping or killing the other players.
MATCH SETTINGS
The game right now offers 4 different difficulties and 3 different map sizes, each of these give different amount of loot... and an higher chance of death. You can also play around with the Expedition Modifiers to increase or decrease the difficulty of the expedition, while also increasing/decreasing the expedition rewards.

Difficulty Types:
  • Easy Difficulty: You can guess it by it's name, this is gonna be "easy peasy". Damage taken from all sources is slightly reduced, but remember that the Mejai while manifested in their physical form can still kill in one hit. The amount of money and experience gained during Easy Difficulty games is normal.

  • Normal Difficulty: Still easy, but not too much. Damage taken is normal. The amount of money and experience gained during Normal Difficulty games is increased by 10%.

  • Hard Difficulty: Gonna be honest, it isn't that hard yet. Damage taken is slightly increased. The amount of money and experience gained during Hard Difficulty games is increased by 20%.

  • Brutal Difficulty: If you thought that Hard was easy, then have fun with this. Damage taken is increased by a lot, allowing snakes and other enemies to kill you in very few hits. The amount of money and experience gained during Brutal Difficulty games is increased by 30%.

Map Sizes:
  • Small Map: The map is gonna be (obviously) small, the loot is reduced and it is easy to navigate. Perfect for New players.
  • Medium Map: The map is now bigger, probably around 2 times as big as the small size map. The perfect map size for the experienced player.
  • Large Map: The biggest type of map, around 2 times larger than the medium size one. The loot is increased in both number and rarity. The more experienced people should play this one to increase the loot to the maximum amount possible.

Expedition Modifiers:
As of Version.53, you are now allowed to modify the game difficulty further by playing around with these modifiers. By increasing the difficulty to the maximum you can even get a 80% extra rewards at the end of the expedition (and if you were playing in brutal difficulty that adds up to 110%!). Change them to however you would like, but be wary, they will be able to change the game drastically. Here are the currently available modifiers, and what they offer.
  • Medkits: Choose how many uses each medkit has, ranging from 0 to 3. - Expedition rewards range from +10% at 0 uses, to -20% at 3 uses.
  • PvP: Allows dead players to respawn as spooky PvP mummies. (Refer to the PvP infos in the Afterlife section for more info about PvP). - Expedition rewards are unaffected by this modifier.
  • Blessing of Osiris: Allows dead players to respawn as humans. You can change this modifier from 0 to 3, allowing up to 3 respawns per expedition! - Expedition rewards range from +10% at 0 uses, to -20% at 3 uses.
  • Timer: Puts the game on a timer, so you better start running! Timer starts after you pull the blue lever to enter the tomb, and as soon as it reaches 0, the tomb will close and the Mejai will take on it's physical form. You have to find the blue lever to escape when that happens. Also, both the inner tomb and the stairs to the ritual are sealed permanently and cannot be accessed anymore. - Expedition rewards range from 0% at no timer, and increase up to 15% at 3 minutes timer.
  • Loot Mode: Allows you to choose between "Team Split" and "Finders' Keepers" loot. Depending on what you choose, at the end of the expedition the total Exp and Gold found will be either split between all players, or whoever found it will keep it all. - Expedition rewards are unaffected by this modifier.
  • Spirit Interaction Frequency: Allows you to choose the Interaction Frequency of the Mejai. "Lower" will decrease the rate at which the Mejai will interact with you or the environment, making it harder to identify, while "Higher" will increase it, making it easier to discover the Mejai's name. - Expedition rewards range from +10% at "Lower", to -10% at "Higher".
  • Locked Chests: Allows the host to choose if the chests will be either locked or not until the Mejai takes on it's physical form. - Expedition rewards range from +25% while enabled, to 0% while disabled.
  • Starting Health Points: Allows the player to set the starting health of all players. Default health is 100, lowest is 1 and maximum is 200. Note: This modifier will only change your STARTING health, not your MAXIMUM health, so healing with a medkit will allow you to get back up to 100 HP. - Expedition rewards range from +10% at 1 HP, to -10% at 200 HP.
  • Disarm Traps: While "On", all traps will be automatically disabled when the Mejai manifests physically. - Expedition rewards range from 0% while disabled, to -10% while enabled.

Expedition Modifiers Presets
If you do not feel like changing the modifiers by yourself, or want to try the presets first, you can select them from the Expedition Modifiers menu. Here are the currently available presets, and what they do:
  • Explorer: You can use Medkits up to 3 times each. The Blessing of Osiris is available and can be used up to 3 times. Timer is disabled. The Mejai will interact with the environment and with the player more, allowing for easier identification. Chests won't be locked, and can be accessed as soon as you find them. Starting Health is increased by 100, allowing for a maximum of 200 HP. Traps will be disabled as soon as the Mejai takes on it's physical form.
  • Agony: Medkits are disabled. The Blessing of Osiris is disabled. Timer is set to 3 minutes. The Mejai will interact with the environment and with the players at a lower rate, making identification significantly harder. Chests will be locked until the Mejai takes on it's physical form. Starting Health is set to 1. Traps won't be disarmed when the Mejai takes on it's physical form.
EQUIPMENT
Currently, there are a lot of items available for use in FOREWARNED. Here is the list and the way to use each of them the best way possible.

Hard Hat
Your trusty helmet, coming with a built-in weak flashlight. Once fully upgraded, it can be used instead as your only light source. (Default keybind for the Hard Hat flashlight is "F"). If you notice the flashlight turning on and off on itself, then you better write down the "Electronic Disturbances" evidence. Upgrades increase the distance at which the light can travel, along with the power of the flashlight.

Smart Watch
Global Chat basically. Your voice becomes distorted the further you are from the person listening to it. Upgrading it makes it clearer on higher distances. Once fully upgraded should have unlimited range with clear sounds.

Inventory Belt
The Inventory Belt is a passive item that allows you to bring multiple items with you. At the start of the game, you will be able to bring 3 items with you, but as you level up the belt, you are gonna be able to pick up and run around with up to 9 ITEMS.

Medkit
The medkit is an item used to recover your health if it gets too low during the exploration. You can use it either on yourself or another player in proximity to you. Upgrading increases the amount of health recovered by 20% per level.

Photo Camera
The Camera is used to take photos for extra EXP in game. Be sure to check your laptop for the secondary objectives in order to know which photos you have to take! Upgrades increase number of photos you can take up to a maximum of 9.

Flashlight
Is there even a need to introduce us to our savior "THE FLASHLIGHT"? Light shines further than the helmet. Yes, that's all it does more than the helmet. Same as the helmet, if it turns on and off on itself, then it's "Electronic Disturbances" evidence. Upgrades increase the distance at which the light can travel, along with the power of the flashlight.

Transmitter
Used to translate your voice into Ancient Egyptian, to then detect the Mejai voice for the "Voices" evidence. Use sentences like "Where are you", "What are you", "How old are you" etc. If you get a response from it, then you can check off the "Voices" evidence. Can also make the Mejai do events like disturbing tombs, appearing or similar things. Upgrades increase the chance of the phrase you said to be successfully translated, along with increasing the chance for the Mejai to respond (also increases the chance of the response translating into english).

Torch
I WIELD THE POWER OF FLAME! Anyway, it provides a light source around you rather than in front of you, can also be used to light up the torches and fire places inside the tomb. If you hear a loud blow while holding it and it turns off, then it's "Extinguished Flames" evidence. You can extinguish the Torch by holding Right Mouse Button. Can be upgraded to increase the Flame duration before you have to lit it up again.

Seismometer
An highly technological instrument used to detect the "Tremors" evidence in the area. It has to re-calibrate continously to keep measuring. If the number in the top right of the seismometer reaches or goes over 10, then you can check the "Tremors" evidence. Upgrading it will not only make it stronger, detecting even the most subtle tremors, but will also decrease the rate at which it has to re-calibrate, effectively increasing the time at which it keeps measuring before having to re-calibrate.

Marker Flags
The new tool added in Version.53. Allows you to place little flags around the map that act as markers for the Radar... and your eyes of course. They do not occupy any inventory space and will help navigating the tomb. I suggest you give each flag color a meaning, for example me and my friend gave them the following meanings: Red means a useless room/corridor; Blue means there's a chest in the room, we also use Blue to mark the stairs to the ritual; Green means Inner Tomb; Yellow means Tomb Exit. Upgrades will increase the maximum number of flags you can place from 5 at level 1, to 25 at level 5.

Radar System
A big computer-like thingy that is set up in your tent. By using it you can check out the map layout ahead of time. It can be used along the Radar Sensor to get "Radar Detection" evidence. Upgrades the coverage of the radar system.

Compass
A normal compass. Can be used to detect the "Magnetic Distortion" evidence. Cannot be upgraded.

Geiger Counter
Allows the user to detect radioactivity in the surrounding area. You can use it on ectoplasm to detect radiation coming from it. If there is any radiation coming from ectoplasm, then that counts as "Radioactivity" evidence. Upgrades allow the item to detect smaller radioactivity.

Metal Detector
Used to cross over the spike trap room by detecting the spikes in the floor with it. Using it on ectoplasm can give a metal reading. If you get metal readings from ectoplasm, then that counts as "Metallic Signature" evidence. Upgrades increase sensibility, allowing for easier detecting.

Handheld Radio
A radio with some weird music playing on it alongside the same news over and over (Not complaining, the game is still in E.A.). It can be used to find the entrance to the tomb if turned on and placed down, or can be used to distract Dekan. Upgrades increase the Volume and the distance at which you can hear the Radio. (WARNING, GET READY TO HAVE YOUR EARDRUMS DESTROYED FROM LEVEL 4 ONWARDS)

Tablet
Your biggest friend if the Mejai is Necreph or Talgor. Once upgraded to level 2, it allows the use of Night Vision, which makes you able to see in the dark while not producing light that could alert Necreph. Can also be used as some sort of Videocamera for your live streams directly for your tent-support players. As of the last update, you can now use the Tablet in "Full Screen" by pressing RMB (Right Mouse Button). First upgrade adds Night Vision, following upgrades increase the night vision distance (removes the "fog").

Radar Sensor
A sensor that once placed down produces a Radar scan on the Radar System. If the Mejai dares to walk into the Radar scan range, it will appear as a red dot on the Radar System, giving you the "Radar Detection" evidence. Watch out as other enemies (Such as zealots) can appear on the radar, but their icon will instead be an arrow. The Mejai will be the only one appearing as a red dot, and also the only one that will give you certainty it is "Radar Detection" evidence. Upgrades increase range of the scan.

Heka Amulet
An amulet that protects the user from Ouphris attacks, then goes on cooldown. Activate while Ouphris is whistling to avoid being attacked for a little while. Do not get spooked by the weird voices the Amulet produces while in active. Upgrades increase uses.

Timer
By default, you won't be able to see the time remaining in games in which the timer setting is active. This is exactly where the Timer item will help you keeping track of it. At level 1 it will make a Digital Timer appear inside of the tent alongside the map and computer, while at level 2 it will make you able to check the Time remaining wherever you are by just opening up the Journal (It will be situated in the bottom left in this case).

Divining Rod
A rod that points in the direction of treasure when used within the tomb. Using it angers the Mejai so use it with caution. Upgrading increases the capabilities of the rod.

Hierolens
An upcoming item that allows the user to translate Hieroglyphs.

TNT
An upcoming item. Name says it all, probably used to open up the inner tomb in case it is sealed, or to kill the Mejai Physical form for a while.
TRAP ROOMS
Throughout each and every tomb variant, you may find yourself to stumble upon one of the trap rooms that are available. Each variant has it's own traps which you can overcome to receive rich rewards. Here's a list of each trap and how to avoid dying to them. (Only the trap rooms that create an objective in the PDA will be listed here.)

Spike Trap
From a certain point in this room, you will see the floor having a different patter, with holes on it. Those are the spike holes ready to destroy you if you try to walk over them. To overcome this trap, you have to bring a Metal Detector and use it to detect the holes in which the spikes are present, only then you can walk over the ones that do not trigger the detector to walk safely to the other side. Obviously don't forget to backtrack using the same pattern you walked over to reach the treasure!

Spike Pit
Welcome to the Spike Pit trap! To reach the treasure on the other side, you have to find the invisible bridge and cross it. You can see the bridge by looking at it through a tablet. Watch out as the tablet is obviously offset compared to your body, and the bridge is pretty tight.

Snake Trap
Trying to traverse this room? You have to get yourself a level 2 or higher Geiger Counter. You can also traverse it with a level 1 Geiger Counter, but it is extremely difficult with it to traverse the room without taking damage. If you brought a Geiger Counter with you, you can then go into the small corridors in the room and check for radiations. The corridor with the least amount of radiation is the one you can walk through safely.

Spike and Darts Trap
A room with both Spikes and Dart shooters. You'll need a metal detector to traverse this room, use it to detect the real spikes to find the way. You can just avoid the darts by hugging the walls and/or by timing the run correctly.

Bridge Maze
A room with a bridge maze and a spike pit, all of this being accompanied by darts flying throughout the room from one side to the other. Just time it correctly and you will be completely fine.

Flooded Corridor
A long corridor filled with loot at the end of it, crocodiles might be also present ready to attack you at any moment. Spikes are present in the first half of the room, but you can avoid damage from them by just staying in the middle of the corridor as they're not long enough to reach you if you are in the middle. You can cross the corridor safely and without drowning by entering the inner tomb and looking for a lever in it, that lever will drain the water allowing you to traverse the flooded corridor freely. (credits to 2k for finding the solution to this trap room.)

Moving Blocks Bridge
Also a very easy to traverse trap, just walk on the bridge by timing the run correctly to avoid being pushed in the water. Water might be populated by crocodiles. You can avoid the Moving Blocks by staying in the exact middle between 2 of the Moving Blocks.

Spinning Blades
Found in the new map variant, it is a room containing different obstacles and rotating blades. The rotating blades have 2 arms rotating around them, one on the top and one on the bottom. You can avoid them by hugging the walls or running through when they move out of the way. You can also avoid the top blade by crouching, but don't forget about the bottom one while you are slowed because you're crouched!!
TREASURES AND HIEROGLYPHIC PAGES
During the exploration of the tomb, you might find a treasure (Usually only 1 per game) and several documents.

About the Treasure...
During the tomb exploration you might hear a weird sound, you will discover that sound is linked to a golden item on the ground, usually a pot, an urn or even a bowl. Grabbing it does not take one inventory slot, and will instead put it in your left hand. If you bring that golden item to the car and put it in the plate on the right, you will receive extra EXP and Gold at the end of the exploration.

About the Hieroglyphic pages...
While in the map you will sometimes find Hieroglyphic pages, these pages are a pretty good way to increase income from the exploration. You can pick them up and put them in the left plate in the car for extra EXP and Gold at the end of the exploration.
HOW TO PLAY [1/2]
Once you start the game, you are put in front of your car, which you can later use to return to the lobby when done. The first thing you should do is go to the tent and prepare yourself. Don't forget to interact with the little laptop to download your objectives! Once you are ready, head for the tomb entrance and interact with the blue lever on the side to open the door.

Once inside the tomb, you are free to explore it, search for gold piles (that not only give gold, but also exp), levers for secret rooms, evidence about the Mejai, Lore Pages and Rare Artifacts.

About the Zealots of Akar...
The Zealots of Akar are a type of enemy that only appears during the investigation phase of the game (While the Inner Tomb is closed and the Mejai is still in their non-manifested form). The Zealots will appear randomly throughout the tomb and will try to either scare or hurt you. The number of Zealots that will appear during the game increases/decreases depending on the difficulty, and will also increase whenever any player picks up Gold Piles, Rare Artifacts or Lore Pages. The image shows only one variant of them, feel free to discover all of the variants by yourself (Insert Evil Laugh here)

About the Gold Piles...
Gold piles spawn in set quantities based on map size (Refer to "MATCH SETTINGS" section for more info about difficulty and map size). They can spawn ANYWHERE, from inside the inner tomb, to behind fire places, and all the way to over the Spike Traps. Gold piles are not to be mistaken with normal Gold, as the gold piles are of a golden color, while the normal gold is brownish, kind of a bronze-like. As of version 0.61, gold now has different value based on the number of players in the match:
  • 1 Player: 20 gold per pile
  • 2 Players: 30 gold per pile +5% (31.5 in total)
  • 3 Players: 35 gold per pile +10% (33.5 in total)
  • 4 Players: 40 gold per pile +15% (46 in total)
About the Levers...
The levers are to be activated to unlock the door to the Prison and to the Hidden Treasury. If you are playing solo, you can normally activate both of them one at a time. If you instead are playing in co-op, you have to coordinate with the other players in order to activate both the levers of the same type at the same time in order to unlock the doors (Dead players that are not in PvP mode can still activate levers, including the entrance lever).
There are 3 types of levers currently in the game:
  • Entrance Lever (With a Blue Eye icon on the side)
  • Prison Lever (Red Slave icon on the side)
  • Treasury Lever (Red Necklace icon on the side)
About the Evidence...
There currently are 12 types of evidences in the game. Once you get enough of them, you will identify the Mejai and it's name.
The Evidences currently available are:
Destruction, Extinquished Flames, Reanimation, Magnetic Distortion, Voices, Radar Detection, Tremors, Disturbed Tombs, Radioactivity, Metallic Signature, Footsteps, Electronic Disturbances.
Let's understand how to get each of them!
  • Destruction: If you hear or see something imploding (for real, no cap) like a vase, a column or a statue, you can check this evidence. If it happens but you don't happen to notice, you can see the remains of the broken thing, like shattered pieces of vases around or a missing column.
  • Extinguished Flames: A loud and strong wind blew out your torch or a fire place? Check! (If the fire extinguishes due to time, it is not counted as extinguished flames evidence, you gotta hear that wind!)
  • Reanimation: If you see a mummy jumping out of it's sarcophagus to scream in your face... I hope you didn't get an heart attack. If you are still alive, you can check that Reanimation evidence. As of Update 0.61, Mummies can now, after being reanimated, roam around the map and hurt the players. If you find a mummy corpse on the ground covered in ash, the idiot just walked into some random lit fireplace catching on fire, so yeah... you can still count that as reanimation... even if he lived for a little only to die like an idiot half a minute later.
  • Magnetic Distortion: Compass going crazy? Check!
  • Voices: You know when Stuhlinger started hearing Richtofen's voice? Same thing (If you do not know what i'm talking about, you're a bad person.), but you have to use the transmitter in order to talk to the Mejai and hear it's voice.
  • Radar Detection: You need a Radar Sensor placed inside the tomb to get this evidence (you can now also keep it activated in your hand and walk with it around the tomb if you are not playing solo). If a red skull appears on the radar inside the tent, you can check the radar detection evidence as true.
  • Tremors: Q:"Earthquakes?" A:"Yep.". Once inside the tomb, you gotta start using your seismometer in order to check for earthquakes. If the number goes to 10 and over, you will start hearing a tremor and the tomb will shake, sand and debris will also fall from the ceiling. You can then check the "Tremors" evidence.
  • Disturbed Tombs: Sarcophagus opening/closing on it's own or a weird aura appears around it? You know what it means. If you didn't witness the misdeed, you can use a tablet inside the sarcophagus to check for scratch marks (Is this DbD all over again?). If there is any scratch marks then it is counted as Disturbed tomb evidence.
  • Radioactivity: When the mejai manifests in it's spirit form, it can sometimes leave ectoplasm behind on the ground, something like a green puddle (I guess he couldn't find the bathroom). If you use your geiger counter and it picks up radiation from it, you can check the radiation evidence. You can also get random radiations while roaming the tomb (Doesn't count for the snake trap room) or scanning the mejai's spirit form with it, and even the slightest reading counts as radiation evidence.
  • Metallic Signature: Using the same exact procedure you do to check for radiation evidence, you gotta check the mejai's pis- Ahem, ectoplasm with the Metal Detector. If there is any metallic reading coming from it, you can check Metallic Signature evidence. If you bonk the mejai with the Metal Detector in the head while he is in spirit form and still get metallic readings, then that also counts for the evidence.
  • Footsteps: Did you hear that? Footsteps sound that do not come from you or your teammates. Must be the ghost that for some reason can WALK WITHOUT LEGS.
  • Electronic Disturbances: Flashlight or helmet started flickering? The ghost is hunting. Hide in the closet... NOW. Jokes aside, we finally got a (drumroll..!) SOUND WARNING FOR THIS! (FINALLY!) When it is happening, you will hear electronics making sound effects like static or similar, and the radio will now also be affected by it, disrupting the music that we all love.
About the Lore Pages...
Lore Pages can sometimes spawn as secondary objective items, kinda like the Gold Piles. If you are able to pick them up and leave the mission safely, you can unlock them and transcribe them to understand more about the lore of the game.

About the Rare Artifacts...
Rare Artifacts can sometimes spawn as secondary objective items, exactly the same way as Lore Pages do. If you escape with them alive, you can then check them out inside of your "Trophy Room" in the lobby.
HOW TO PLAY [2/2]
About the Inner Tomb...
We've come to the most important part, the INNER TOMB.
The inner tomb is the main room of the game and is designed in a way that lets you in only when you know who the Mejai is. You only have one guess, if you fail, not only you are damaged by the spikes on the ground, but the inner tomb seals forever and you're stuck inside the Tomb with the Mejai's Physical form until you find the Blue Lever to open the Exit. If you can get into it, remember to take a photo of the Sarcophagus for extra EXP, then open it and retrieve the Relic. Once you do that, the Mejai takes on it's Physical form and you have to deal with him while searching for the Blue Lever to get out. If you can get out alive with the Relic, you are awarded with a lot of extra EXP. As of Version.53, the Inner Tomb now has the Mejai names written in Ancient Egyptian, and require you to take a look at the page on top of the button and try to "translate" it, though once you learn the name positions, you can simply just remember their positions as they don't swap place with each other from game to game (which would be pretty cool in my opinion).

About Banishing the Mejai...
After unlocking the exit during the hunt phase, players can decide to try and "kill" the mejai, by going down the stairs that are usually beside the tomb entrance. Once down there, you need to solve puzzles in order to unlock the ritual. When you are done with the puzzles you'll need to find a few items around the tomb to start the ritual, if you can complete it you'll be rewarded with increased loot at the end of the game, up to 200% increased loot based on the match settings.

Secondary Objectives
While inside the tomb, you might as well complete the secondary objectives for extra EXP. Open your PDA with "L" and go to the task section, then look for the objectives on the right side. The objectives other than "Take the Relic", "Prove the Mejai existence" and "Take a photo of the Inner Tomb" are all secondary objectives.
I'll briefly explain how to complete them:
  • Gather Evidence of Remains: Take a photo of a mummy, any type of mummy you find in a sarcophagus counts, except for the royal mummy (The gold one).
  • Get a Royal Mummy Shot: Take a photo of a royal mummy. (The gold one as I said already)
  • Discover the Hidden Treasury: Enter the hidden treasury, the one you open with the glowing Red Necklace levers. As soon as you enter it the objective will complete on it's own.
  • Verify Past Explorations: Take a photo of a skeleton. It usually has a torch or a backpack beside it. It can also be usually found within the Prison.
  • Document Hieroglyphs: Take a photo of Hieroglyphs that can spawn inside the map. They spawn inside of the room with the Monkey statue, and appear on the wall as Red glowing icons. MONOLITHS DO NOT COUNT AS HIEROGLYPHS!
  • Find Mummification Room: Take a photo of the Mummification Room. The room can only spawn in the new map layouts and features a Stone Sarcophagus with 2 statues on the walls beside it and a Golden Ankh on the wall behind it.
USHABTI PUZZLES
To obtain the Ushabti (a small statue item used to start the banishment ritual) you have to complete a certain puzzle, which can be found in the deeper parts of the tomb. Once inside the puzzle room you can find instructions on how to complete it by looking for documents found inside the puzzle room. There currently are 5 different puzzles in the game that you can find. The solution will be present for each puzzle here in the guide, but will be hidden as a spoiler in case you want to complete the puzzles by yourself.

Simon Says
As the name suggests, it is the same as the popular game. While inside the room you can press a button to start the puzzle.
When started, some stones on the wall in the room will light up in a sequence, once the sequence stops you can go to the room beside you and press the buttons in the order shown in the sequence. After you complete the sequence for 3 times, the puzzle will be considered as completed, allowing you to grab the Ushabti.

Heads Sorting
As you enter the puzzle room, you will find some stone heads laying on pedestals inside of it. You can rotate them around to make them point in a specific direction and you will need to rotate the heads so that they look in the correct direction in order to complete the puzzle.
The solution is:
Baboon Heads towards North.
Human Heads towards South.
Jackal Heads towards East.
Falcon Heads towards West.

Lasers
In this room, you will find some pedestals with crystals on them. Once you activate the puzzle room by using the Blue glowing button, a laser will appear from the ceiling pointing at one of the crystals. You can rotate the pedestals to change the laser direction.
To complete this puzzle you have to:
Light up all the crystals in the room with the laser.

Mirror Puzzle
When you reach the puzzle room, you will be welcomed by sarcophagus all around the first room, while in another room you will find mirrors on the walls.
Each mirror in the 2nd room will be reflected in the 1st room by a sarcophagus. To solve the puzzle you have to open all sarcophagus that correspond to a mirror with an eye icon, while leaving the ones without the eye icon closed. If there is a sarcophagus in the middle of the room, the solution for that is on the ceiling of the mirror room.

Run against the time
During the upper tomb exploration, you will find 3 keys of different colors inside of the treasure chests: Gold, Silver and Bronze. Once you are in possession of all 3, you can open the three rooms found inside the puzzle room.
After unlocking the doors you will see that each door has a trap room in it, you will need to traverse it and press the button. Once you press any button a timer will start, during which you have to press the buttons in the other 2 rooms before the time is up. You can try an infinite amount of times, unless you die from the traps.
PRESTIGE
Yes, you can also prestige while playing FOREWARNED. Once you unlock and upgrade ALL the Tools, get ALL the Relics and also get ALL the Rare Artifacts, you will be able to prestige. Doing so, will reset all your progress, but will retain your gold and lore pages. You will though gain a Prestige point which you will be able to use in the future (when the prestige shop will be released) to unlock cosmetic items and "other rewards" (as stated by the devs).

Respawns are not global, if you set it to 3 Respawns, that's 3 per player.

You have to wait for the abominations to spawn I think.

@leslie.drew hello and ty! So using the torch on the orbs will destroy them right away or do you have to wait for the abominations to spawn? Also, the trap rooms i describe in the guide are mostly the ones that have an objective that will appear in the PDA, so yeah the room with the smoke and the weeping-angel like entity counts as one if i'm not wrong.

btw the orbs that Ataimon shoots out when stunned summons crab-like monsters that attack you. So use your torch to wield them off. Also there 3 other trap rooms I know of on the new variation including a spinning fire trap, a hallway full of hanging guys that will damage you if you get too close and a dark room also filled with hanging guys but it has a creepy woman that acts like the weeping angels. The third room I mentioned has lots of gold scattered around.
