You don't have to go out of your way to not wear an eboy avatar if you want to be an eboy. Your avatar choice doesn't really matter as long as it's a humanoid and doesn't overly lag or crash people.
While you can have an interesting gig get people's attention, it's only a fleeting glance that you will earn, like having a nice car. Look up videos of dudes trying to impress girls with their car. It's only temporary.
If you want people to want to join you everyday and respect you, you need to bring positive vibes into people when they are around you.
Some easy ways of doing so is to make people laugh, make people feel respect for you, and make people feel good when they hear praise from you, and relate to people.
