This is the map for the Medallion Maze.

Note your starting point and the exit.
Once you take a medallion, the creature will spawn in Room 4.
The Creature will go in this room order:
4 > 5 > 6 > 3 > 6 > 9 > 8 > 7 > 8 > 5 > 2 > 1 > 2 > 5 > repeat.

Order of Medallion Collection
Start at Room 1, where the Eye Medallion is, get read to move quick, if you do this right you should be following behind the creatures path, keep your distance, the creature's view distance is about the length of 1 bridge.
Pick up the Eye Medallion.
Run to Room 5, be aware of where the Creature is, should be around Room 3/6.
Run to Room 3, get the Medallion.
Run down to Room 9, grab the Medallion.
Run along to Room 7, grab the Medallion.
Run bath through Room 8, through 5 (depending on your timing, the Creature may approach you at room 5) and hurry in to Room 4.
If the creature has not seen you, you're now safe in Room 4, it will never come in this room. If you were seen, it will chase you into 4, take cover on one of the side ledges and hide in the corner until it goes away, you are now safe.
Place the Medallions in the cocoons and exit.
